Carols sounding all over town
Everyone is counting down
Of anger and sorrow noone should frown.
Now is the time for Christmas!

It is the season to be merry and bright
In every window is candles with light
It is a warming, wonderful sight.
Now is the time for Christmas!

Santa is bringing lots of joy
he has presents for girl and boy
What can it be? That wanted toy?
Now is the time for Christmas!

It is a season to give with glee
and many happy faces to see.
So put many gifts under the Christmas tree.
Now is the time for Christmas!

And in your heart now make plenty space
for those who don't have a warm safe place
and bring a smile on an unfortunate one's face.
Now is the time for Christmas!
