Command Staff Reports to FComm

Month of January 2005

Below are the reports submitted to the Fleet Commander of Fleet Five by the Command Staff of the Endeavor. It is presented here for players who do not frequent command. No reports were filed in December of 2004.

Captain Alex Verdusco ( CO )

Ship Overview: The activity level on the Endeavor went down considerably during the month of January as we just started to get into our new sim for GM Troy Martin. The roster sits at about twenty players which is a bit heavier then I would like, but I suspect it will go down over the next couple of months. This week showed a lot of zeros so I suspect as we get more into the sim posting speed and quality will pick up.

Sim Review: The sim is just getting started and I am doing my best to keep everyone busy. It is slightly difficult with the number of players, but luckily a few are able to keep themselves busy.

Spotlight: Outstanding department this month were the Marines. Liam has been doing an exceptional job in that role and all the Marines that came over from the Paladin are getting settled. Other outstanding players included James Harrison, Christa Backman, and Brandon Irvine.

Captain Sarah Hemenway ( XO )

Ship Overview: The ship's activity level tapered off over the holidays and hasn't really sprung back to life yet, so I've been forced to send out some AWOL notices that I'd rather not have had to do. The new mission is beginning, so I'm hoping that'll bring everyone back into business.

Sim Review: The mission just started, so no news yet on this front.

Spotlight: Therle has been promoted to 2O of the Endeavor. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do in that role.

Gamemaster Troy Martin ( GM )

Ship Overview: Activity level remains high, with most DHs and JOs posting daily.

Sim Review:Started a new sim at the beginning of the year. It's still in the initial stages, but everyone seems into it.

Spotlight: The marines did an excellent job during the holidays. Led by their DH, Philip Henely, they did an excellent side sim about a training exercise.
