| Mission Statement: To find each rabbit a good, loving home, one rabbit at a time & to educate the public on rabbits as pets Many of these rabbits are being put out into the cold. People think that because the wild ones can care for themselves, so can a rabbit that was a pet. They don't realize or care that these rabbits were bred as pets, domesticated. The rabbit is not better off outside than at the SPCA. Outdoors, your rabbit will have to try to survive against the elements & predators. Survival is unlikely. Did you know that wild rabbits have a shorter lifespan due to this exact reason?!?! |

| Regina & Prince Albert Viewers: We are looking into expanding ourselves into Regina & P.A but currently need volunteers of all sorts from there to do this! If you can provide homechecks; drive rabbits to and/or from Regina, are passing to and from Saskatoon & could drop off a rabbit; can temp. hold a rabbit until pick up/drop off or supplies; or help out in some other way, please let us know as we need you! |
