BIO: DUTERTE's background remains a mystery.  He has not actually met the party as of yet, but cunning players know that he is in the game (having read the instruction manual).  Since I write the plot, I am a cunning player.  Like I said, DUTERTE's background remains a mystery.  So I can't really write about it, now can I?

GAMEPLAY TIPS: DUTERTE has not actually fought alongside the party yet, so I can't write this.  I will soon write a story where the original ten meet the new members, so until then, this remains blank.  Well, not blank, actually filled with text.  But not meaningful text.  I mean, this was helpful to read but it really wasn't helpful with the game.  You know what I mean.

GAMEPLAY TIPS: Well, he hasn't appeared in the game yet.  But I can say this - make sure you take advantage of his limit break.  Only HEAVEN'S TRUMPET is cooler.
