The Growltoons are a pack of Razorbacks, captured by a mad Neo-Soviet geneticist, and modified to resemble characters from 20th century Western comic books and Eastern animation. The two most famous Growltoons are Growlerchu, who looks like he's wearing a Pikachu costume, and Growler Moon.
