Bikes forVor: the Maelstrom

After much thought and much debate with fellow gamers, I finally cobbled together the following Bike rules for Vor: the Maelstrom. Within the context of these rules, Bikes are treated just like any other vehicle, except where noted in the rules themselves. And, as always, you can send any and all feedback to Punkrabbitt.

Combat Statistics: Bikes may have both CC and RC stats. they DO NOT use the table in the Vor Custom Force rules. Instead, Bikes purchase these stats at a flat cost of PV +2 per point. Thus a score of "3" would be PV:6, while a "5" would be PV:10.

Close Combat: Bikes may attack in melee usimg a CC stat just like Walkers. Unlike Walkers, however, bikes may make a single "free" melee attack for no MP cost, in addition to any other attacks they make.

Ranged Combat: Bikes may be equipped with any number of big, ugly weapons of death and destruction. But they may only fire ONE weapon per activation, regardless of how far they moved.

Design Notes: The intent of these rules is to provide mobile yet fragile support for the various Vor armies. I wanted them to have more close assault options than vehicles normally do, but I didn't want them to be bristling with firepower every turn they didn't move. I hope I've captured the flavor of what I was trying to do.
