| Hot lick Numero Uno! The EL Chupacabra Lick Okies this one is a little tough. Even i had problems executing it properly!!!! But who's to stop you from trying??? Its one of those nasty bitchass sounding guitar licks you hear in some death metal song, only slower and a little more coherent. But remember this : If you play it so fast it becomes only little stutters that people hear, then it makes no musical sense... only you and God knows what you're doing. ok here are the notes : CABCDEFG#ABCDEFEDE. Essentially, CABC is on the low E string, DEF on the A string, G#ABC on the D string (btw slide up to A from G#), and DEFEDE on the G string (do a false harmonic on the last note and apply some vibrato technique with your fretting hand). | Tea for Two (hot lick no#2)! The Choo Choo Train Lick This one starts slow like a train and then speeds up and goes choo choo at the end! C'mon laugh you bastards, I'm trying to make a guitar lesson fun. ok, here's how to do it. The lick starts on the D note on the low E string (look for it!!!) It goes DEGAA#BDEGAA#AGEGA#AGE(repeat GAA#AGE over and over till you get tired of it then continue with the other notes)GA(Bend up A to B and hold on to it)DB(strike the bent note). Some more tips 4 u. DE is played on the low E string. G(slide up to A)A#B is on the A string, DE is on the D string. GAA#AG is on the G string. The bend is on the G string (from A to B) and the 2nd last note D is on the B string.. Without further a do, HERE IT IS (click it!!!) |
