Wherever you go in Louisiana there's music in the air.
From the wheezy pipes of the calliope on the riverboats,
from within every bar and shop along Bourbon Street,
from the Saturday night "Fais Do Do" in Cajun Country,
from the driving beat of Zydeco rising from the swamps.... This is a town where they even have Jazz Funerals!
Satch says
"Hello, Dolly!"
"Do you know what it means
to miss New Orleans?"
Cajun Guitar and
"Jolie Blonde"
Mardi Gras - "It's party time!"
One man band from the swamp.

Let us bring to you all the excitement and flavor of Louisiana's music. We'll bring you a colorful Musical Mini Revue, featuring the best loved tunes and the best known rhythms to get the audience up on its feet.
Shows can be from 15 to 45 minutes.

We'll even bring you our crazy Chef, who'll set about cooking up his secret recipe to the strains of "Jambalaya"
That's right. We'll all have "good times on the Bayou!"

Kids are invited onstage to meet and greet and to join in the Second Line for the big Parade.
"I love a Parade!"
