Here you will find answers to our most common questions.
Do you ship?
If you are not able to pick up your puppy in person then we do offer air shipping.  The price is $275.00 which includes the ticket, crate, and health certificate. This is typically in the lower 48 states. We reserve the right to increase prices if needed to cover costs (ie. tickets increase).   We also will meet you within a reasonable distance as well.We prefer to ship by Continental Air . This shipping rate is not set in stone. It may change with flight price increases. We try very hard to find you the best rate !
How hard is it to house train?
Each dog/puppy is unique.  Some are pretty easy and others are a bit more stubborn.  However, we have had great success with crate training.  We are firm believers in putting our puppies in a crate at night.  This gives them a den of their own and does not allow them free reign of the house.  It keeps them safe and out of any trouble. When we do let them out of thier crates we make sure they have 'puppy pads' or newspaper down to potty on. Remember never strike your new pet. He will learn from the tone of your voice.
What will my puppy come with?
Your puppy will come in his/her very own crate, starter puppy kits and a soft blanket. The registration papers will be coming by Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. The Puppy Health record...your puppy's detailed record from the moment of birth will come in this packet also.
What is your deposit policy?
Our deposits are $100 per puppy.
Deposits are typically non refundable.
What do I need for my puppy?
Your puppy will come with enough food for a few days.  It is recommended to have some on hand as well though.  You will also need non tipable food and water dishes.  You may also want a collar and leash and should have toys and chew toys as well as a place the puppy can call it's own.  It is very common for puppies to cry the first few nights in a new home.  This is due to being away from "home", Mom, and siblings.  A few days of snuggling and cuddling and your puppy will adjust just fine.  We do everything we can to help a puppy adjust to a new home.
