    Skate West
    Cresthill, Illinois
    Report by: Roy Walters

("Soldier" by Eminem hits. The Vipers come out to the ring. Justin Payne grabs the microphone.)

    Payne: HELLO CREST HILL.

    (Crowd cheers!)

Payne: Tonight, we have a tag team match, a triple tag team match to be exact.

Bane: It's also the first ever tag match in PWG history. (sniffs)

    (Crowd cheers!)

Bane: Hey Justin, what's that smell?

Payne: I must've forgot to tell you. Crest Hill is Chicago's landfill. This is where Chicago dumps all it's garbage.

    (Crowd boos!)

Payne: That's why we have a hotel in Chicago, not this dump.

    (Crowd boos louder!)

Payne: Well, anyway, tonight we face two teams in one match. One team is Rebellious Youth.

Bane: I can't believe we're facing the team of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

Payne: I don't think it's Britney and Christina, because the Youth have flat chests and look like boys and they're stepping in the ring with us men.

Bane: You know, I'm not sure about that.

Payne: Trust me, it's not them.

Bane: Ok, but I think you're wrong. Anyway, the other team is Kruel Intent. Even though Shayne Williams is from our neck of town, we're not gonna go easy on you. We are gonna show you the true meaning of cruelty.

Payne: Tonight's event is called Legends Are Born. We are living legends. Our legacy has already been written. We are multi-time tag team champions. Win or lose, we are already legends. For us, this night should be known as Legends Are Reborn.

Bane: And when we are through with you four, even dental records won't identify you. In the past, we were a hardcore tag team, and we don't mind using weapons to get an advantage.

Payne: Before we leave, we want to give you a warning: Viper bites are venemous.

(The Vipers await their competition inside of the ring.)

The Vipers -vs- Rebellious Youth -vs- Kruel Intent

All three teams are in the ring, and the members of each team exchange handshakes with one another. It looks as though Bane, of The Vipers, and Ryan Storm of Kruel Intent will be starting things off.

Bane here has OVER A FOOT height advantage over Ryan Storm, but we'll see if the "Amazing" one can use his speed and aerial abilities to outquick the big man. The two men start in the center, staring each other down... oh! Storm just slapped Bane right across the face! What a gutsy move! Bane is angered, and he lunges at Storm, but misses. Storm is bouncing around on his toes and Bane charges again - Storm dodges again, and now slaps Bane across the back of the head! Bane charges again, and now Storm exits the ring. Bane is furious, exiting over the top rope and chasing Storm to the outside! He's running after him, and I think I've figured out Storm's plan - he's trying to tire Bane out early on! Bane chases Storm around the ring twice, and now he flies back inside. He charges to the far side, while Bane slides back inside. He's getting up to his feet - dropkick to the face from Storm! Bane is knocked into the ropes, and now Storm tags in his partner, Shayne Williams. They whip Bane to the ropes and he comes charging back - double dropkick, each man dropkicking one of Bane's legs! He faceplants and now Storm jumps onto Bane's back, pulling him up with a single arm camel clutch. Williams comes off of the ropes - he connects with a big dropkick straight to the face! Storm rolls out of the ring, while Shayne stomps across the neck of Bane.

He's lifting Bane up slightly - and hits a kick to the face. Bane is starting to get up here, and Shayne charges into the ropes. He comes running back - Bane leaps up - OHH! Shoulder tackle, and Shayne just got knocked right out of his boots! He was nearly turned inside out by Bane, who shakes the effects of those shots to the head away and yanks Williams up to his feet. He whips him hard to a neutral corner - Williams hits hard and flies back onto the canvas. Bane tags in his partner, Justin Payne, who comes in looking to take control.

He pulls Williams to his feet and nails him with a forearm. Williams is dazed from that Bane whip, clearly favoring his back. Payne locks Williams up in a headlock - and connects with the point of his elbow to Shayne's head. Shayne is stumbling around, trying to regain his composure, but Justin grabs him by the waist of his pants and yanks him back to the middle of the ring. He connects with a forearm blow to the lower back, bringing Shayne down to his knees. Payne takes the chance to lock on a chinlock submission, twisting Williams head in a quite unnatural direction. Storm is shouting words of encouragement to his partner, trying to get him back to his feet. It doesn't exactly seem to be working, though, as Payne continues to twist Williams' neck. He drives an elbow into the side of Shayne's head, and then goes right back to the chinlock. Shayne is reaching his arms up, looking for something to grab onto to help himself out of this hold. He grabs a hold of Justin's hair with one hand - and he hits an open hand palm strike with another! He catches Justin right in the chin! He hits a second one, and now Justin lets go of the hold, holding his jaw for a moment. Shayne is back up on his feet and grabs Justin, dragging him back to the Kruel Intent corner. He tags in Storm, holding Justin in place. Storm leaps over the top rope and comes down with a forearm to Justin's stretched-chest.

Justin stumbles away again, clutching at his chest. Storm backs Payne into the ropes and whips him to the far side. Wait, a blind tag from Jeff Kewell! Storm is continuing his charge, but Justin moves - Jeff flies over the top rope and nails a slingshot Thesz Press! He rolls off of Storm, who quickly gets to his feet - spinning heel kick! Storm goes down, but gets up again, this time a little off balanced. Kewell whips him to the far corner and charges in - a hard clothesline, trapping him in the corner. He turns Storm around and hops up to the second rope. He looks across the crowd, yelling at them to signal for... a tornado DDT! He connects hard and goes for the cov... wait, his brother is shouting something at him. Jeff looks towards his corner - and Storm hits a quick snap kick from his back, connecting to Jeff's head! Storm rolls to his corner, holding his neck, tagging in Williams.

Shayne comes in and pulls Kewell to his feet, connecting with a rough forearm shot. He sends Jeff into the ropes and hits him with a boot to the ribs upon his return... oh! He just took a cheap shot at Harry Kewell! The eldest Kewell brother is trying to get in the ring, but being detained by Andy Petersen, PWG's Head Referee. Shayne picks up Jeff - and drops him across the knee with a backbreaker! He holds him in position and Storm leaps to the top rope - flyyyyyyying leg drop! They nearly decapitated him! Storm rolls back out, Harry steps back to the apron, and Shayne hooks the leg for the cover! One - two... Bane breaks it up! He pulls Shayne right to his feet and - WHAM! Short clothesline! He just hammered the life out of Shayne Williams! Bane is ushered back out of the ring, while both men inside the ring try to get back to their feet.

Kewell is definitely in a better position, I would say, because Bane just completely clobbered Shayne. Jeff is starting to crawl to his corner, while Williams is barely getting to his feet. Jeff tags in Harry, who quickly enters and pulls Shayne up. A hard whip into the corner and Harry follows behind. He leaps onto Shayne - monkey flip, and he just tossed him half way across the ring! Shayne skids across the mat, and Kewell advances towards him. He stomps him in the chest once, and now again. He sits him up, standing behind him... and drives a knee straight into his spine! Shayne arches his back, and Harry drives another knee into his spine. He pulls Shayne up to his feet again, twisting his arm into an armbar and tagging in brother Jeff.

Jeff scales the top rope while Harry holds the arm out - and Jeff comes down with a double axe handle to the elbow. The arm snaps down, and Shayne is trying to make a run to his corner... but Jeff collides with Shayne, bringing him to the mat. He brings him back to his feet and whips him to the ropes... reversal from Shayne - flying clothesline on the rebound from Jeff! He kips back up and now he's exiting to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope in the neutral, but he's pausing to motion to the crowd that he's going for something big. It may be taking too much time, though, because Shayne is up! He charges into the ropes - and Jeff gets crotched on the top rope! Shayne moves towards Jeff, pulling him off of the top rope. He leaves Jeff's feet on the top and locks him up in a front chancery - OH! A DDT, and Jeff gets positively spiked into the mat! Shayne drags Jeff into the corner and makes the tag to Storm.

Storm jumps back in and is going back to work on Jeff. He pulls Jeff up to his feet, who is keeled over in the center of the ring. Storm bounces off of the ropes and hits a swinging neckbreaker. He pulls Jeff back up to his feet and whips him into the ropes. Storm flies off of the ropes as well and charges at the returning Kewell - flying, spinning forearm to the face! Storm gets back to his feet - ohh! He just slapped the chest of Bane, and I mean a BIG open hand slap! Bane looks like he wants to destroy Storm for that, but its a legal tag, and its now Bane and Kewell in there.

Storm makes his exit while Bane steps over the top rope, stalking towards Jeff Kewell. Jeff is trying to reach for his brother, but Bane grabs him by the hair and pulls him back towards the center. He pulls Jeff to his feet, clubbing him across the chest with a hard forearm. Jeff shies away, holding his chest... but comes back with a kick to the stomach! Bane feels it for a moment, but quickly grabs Jeff by the hair - headbutt! Petersen is in there to warn about the hair pull, while Jeff slumps against the ropes. Bane whips him to the far side - and Jeff actually slides out of the ring. A smart move from Kewell, who uses this time outside to regroup. He's walking around the ring while Bane eyes him the entire time. Jeff jumps up to the apron and Bane charges - Jeff drives a shoulder into his stomach. Bane stumbles backwards and Jeff jumps to the top rope - springboard dropkick! He nails Bane hard, and the crowd comes alive! Jeff is crawling towards his corner while the crowd chants "Kewell! Kewell!" all the way. Bane sits up, shaking his head back and forth, and sees Jeff. He quickly charges towards him - but Jeff tags in Harry!

Harry jumps to the top rope - flying cross body block! NO! Bane catches him! Wait - legsweep from Jeff! Harry rolls off of Bane, running to the corner and Jeff drops a knee onto the big man's face. He backs into the corner nearest Bane. Harry charges - wait, he jumps right over Bane?? Harry jumps into Jeff's hand - he springs him into the air... OH!! a 270 degree splash onto Bane, and the brothers call that Rebellion! Harry covers - but only gets a two count. Jeff exits the ring while Harry stomps away on Bane. Harry backs up - and falls into Bane with a hard headbutt. Harry shakes the pain from that move away and is trying to pull Bane to his feet. He's having some trouble picking the big man up - and he takes a page out of Ryan Storm's book and slaps Bane across the face! Bane looks up, furious, and lunges at Harry. Bane is up and charges at him - Harry runs and slides under the Kruel Intent corner... and Bane hits hard against the turnbuckles! The members of Kruel Intent look around - and Storm tags in!

Kewell slides back in and Storm jumps into the ring - and they two meet in the center! Chop to the chest from Storm, returned by Kewell. Once again! Storm raises a knee into the ribs of Harry and sends him into the corner. He runs in and connects with a flying body attack, sandwiching Kewell between himself and the corner! Bane has rolled out to the floor and Storm charges at Payne - he knocks him off of the apron, and into his own partner! Both men collapse to the ground and now Storm calls for Williams to come in. Shayne obliges - and he knocks Jeff Kewell off of the apron! Storm is sitting Harry on the top rope now, and Shayne charges over to that corner. Both men are climbing to the top... they're going to hit Evil Intentions! They've got him locked up... no, here's Jeff! WHAM! OHH! He nails Williams, and he flies out of the ring and to the floor! Jeff positions himself under Storm - powerbomb into the ring! He twists him around and now Harry is kneeling on the top rope. Jeff is climbing up the ropes... and up his brother?! What are they doing?? Harry is slowly standing up - what a show of balance! HURRICANRANA!! Jeff hurricanranas Harry, and he lands right on top of Storm! He hooks the leg and covers - one! Two! NO! Bane just reached in, and slapped the back of Harry Kewell - and the ref says its a legal tag!

Bane steps in and grabs Harry... he throws him right over the top rope! Justin slides into the ring and picks up Storm - he whips him into the ropes. He lifts Ryan into the air - and Bane hits a HUGE DDT! He rolls him over and covers him - one! Two! Three! They got 'em!

    Winners: The Vipers [19 minutes]

Post match, nothing too Earth shattering goes down. The members of each team shake hands, although The Vipers seem most reluctant. Afterwards, they are left in the ring to celebrate their first PWG victory.

Emo Kid Joe -vs- Shawn "The Beauty" Braxton

Neither man was endearing himself to the crowd during their entrances, so this one may just be a match for the fans - where they get to see two cocky, arrogant young men tear each other apart.

They shake hands in the cnter of the ring - Braxton pulls Joe in, and now the two of them are jawing with one another in the center. They let go of the handshake, still yacking back and forth - and Braxton shoves Joe! Joe comes back and rocks Braxton with a forearm shot, and Shawn responds with the same! They're going back and forth - oh, a rake to the eyes from Braxton! Come on, that's just ridiculous! He connects with a forearm shot, while Joe backs off, rubbing his eyes. Shawn grabs him by the hair and slams a big arm over his back, as Joe continues to walk around the ring. Shawn hits a quick kick to the back of Joe's leg, causing The Emo One to limp a bit. This serves two purposes, as it not only keeps Joe grounded, but also sets up for Shawn's "Heart Attack" leg submission hold. He hits another swift kick to the back of Joe's knee - but Joe spins around and connects with a kick of his own to Shawn's leg! Shawn kicks him in the thigh, and Joe responds with a kick of his own! Another kick from Shawn, and Joe comes back with yet another one! A third kick to the thigh from Shawn - but Joe opts for a forearm blow, catching Shawn off guard and sending him reeling back. Joe moves in for another one, knocking Shawn into the corner. He whips "The Beauty" into the far corner and charges in, hitting a flying splash! Shawn stumbles out of the corner - and Joe runs at him, nailing a huuuuge kick to the back of his leg! Shawn falls down on his back and Joe drops an elbow - Shawn rolls out of the way! He gets up and drops a knee - but Joe rolls away as well! Both men are up and Joe charges - Shawn ducks a clothesline. Joe runs through to the ropes and comes flying back - he ducks under Shawn's leapfrog, and springs onto the second rope! He flies back with a back elbow - but Shawn nails a dropkick to the back! Joe gets taken right out of the air with a big dropkick, while Shawn starts to favor his left leg. He yells out towards the fans, who respond with a chorus of boos and jeers, putting a big smile on the face of Braxton. He yanks Joe up by his hair, getting a warning from referee Johnny Pizzuto. Braxton mouths off to the ref, continuing the hair pulling, until Joe is up to his feet. He connects with a boot to the ribs and now a knee to the chest of Joe. He grabs him by the arm and whips him into the far side. Joe comes back - sleeper hold from Braxton! Not quite a move that we expected to see here, as these two men have been going nonstop in the opening moments of this contest. It appears, though, that Braxton wants to wear down Emo Kid Joe. Joe quickly shifts the weight, and drives an elbow into the stomach of Braxton. One is all he decides, though, because he wraps his arms around Braxton and... a big backdrop suplex! Shawn hit flat on his back there, putting his weight down to keep Joe from dumping him on his neck.

Joe shakes the effects of those last couple of moves off, and pulls Shawn up to his feet. He sends him flying into the far ropes and connects with a big leg lariat! Shawn goes down hard and comes back up to a sitting position. Joe runs off of the ropes and returns - he hits a big dropkick to the base of Shawn's neck! Just as it appeared earlier that Shawn was setting up Joe for the Heart Attack, Joe may be softening up Shawn's neck for the Dashboard Driver '03. He pulls Shawn up to his feet again and whips him into the ropes. Joe comes back and Shawn puts his head down - Joe flips over Shawn, back-to-back, and lands on his feet. Shawn spins around - standing hurricanrana from Joe! Shawn gets thrown right out of the ring, and now Joe hits the far ropes! He charges back at Shawn - suicide dive!! Like a spear, just head first into the body of Shawn Braxton, and both men fly back into the steel retaining wall! Both men are down on the ground, but Joe is getting up first as the crowd applauds his athleticism... and he's screaming at them! Joe claims to be the most emotional wrestler in the sport, and this may be some sort of mood swing. Joe pulls Shawn up to his feet and locks on a front chancery... front layout suplex onto the steel railing! Shawn gets planted stomach first and now Joe is rolling back into the ring. He's climbing the top rope! He's a mad man! The crowd stands up, waiting to see what Joe has in store... he jumps down?? Joe just jumped down to the arena floor, landing on his feet, wearing a big grin and pointing to his head. The crowd is really letting him have it now, as it moves towards Shawn and drives a forearm uppercut into his face. Shawn lands on his feet in the crowd and Joe quickly pulls him back over the railing, smashing side-first on the ground. Joe picks him up and whips him - WHAM! Right into the steel railing! Joe charges in - Shawn jumps out! He drives his shoulder into Joe and lifts him up - OHH! Hotshot on the steel railing! Joe's throat hits hard on the railing, knocking him down to the ground. Shawn rolls into the ring and back out to break the count, moving over to Joe and lifting him up.

He rolls Joe back into the throat, who is know clutching at his throat in the ring. Shawn climbs the ropes, spreading his arms out and playing to the crowd, who reply in a negative fashion. Shawn jumps into the ring, slowly moving towards Joe. Joe is starting to get up to his knees, coughing and trying to get air flowing again. Shawn stands over him - he just slapped him across the face! What a show of disrespect! Another slap to the face! Joe is just taking it right now - and now Shawn pie faces him down to the mat. Shawn just laughs to himself, walking around the ring, totally ignoring Joe. He steps up onto the middle ropes, raising his hand and yelling at the fans in the front row, who are yelling right back at the self-proclaimed "Beauty" of PWG. He might want to start paying attention, though, because Emo Kid Joe is getting up behind him! Shawn comes off of the ropes, backing into the ring - and he bumps right into Joe! His facial expression just completely changed and he slowly turns around... only to be met with a huge forearm strike from Joe! Another! A third! Joe is unleashing on Shawn! These are some rapid fire shots from Sha-OH! Braxton just hit an open-hand thrust to Joe's throat! The referee warns Shawn about that shot, but nonetheless, he just took the wind out of Joe's sails once more. Shawn needs to start getting his head in the game, though - he's taking way too much time as he approaches Joe. He grabs him by the head, standing him up, and nails a forearm. He pushes Joe back, then whips him to the ropes. Reversal! Shawn goes in and comes charging back, and Joe drops down to the canvas. Shawn runs over him and Joe pops back up - dropkick to the face of the returning Braxton! Shawn stumbles back up to his feet, while Joe gets up as well.

Shawn wobbles towards Joe - boot to the stomach... DDT! Joe plants Shawn and covers - one... two... th.. no! Shawn gets his shoulder up. Joe lifts him back up and bends him down - he's gonna piledrive Shawn! This could be it if he hits it! He lifts Shawn - no, he's kicking his legs and grounds himself again. He pushes Joe's legs, shoving Joe off. Shawn stands up and Joe charges back at him - OH! Shawn just swung a closed fist, but stopped at the last second! Joe backed off at the same time, trying to dodge the blow. Shawn almost blew it for himself right there, and he looks a little bit thrown off at the moment. Johnny Pizzuto is reminding Shawn of the rules - and here comes Joe from behind... hangman's neckbreaker! Shawn gets snapped down, and now Joe is lifting him back up. He's positioning himself by the ropes - he lifts Shawn up... Dashboard Driver '03, coming up - no! Shawn wiggles out of Joe's grip and lands on his feet behind him! He shoves Joe away with a foot, and Joe spins around, charging in - The Rip Off! NO! Joe catches Shawn's superkick attempt and spins him around - waistlock... German suplex, with a bridge! One! Two! THREE!? Joe gets the win out of nowhere!

Winner: Emo Kid Joe [17 minutes]

Post match, Braxton immediately gets to his feet, screaming into the referee's face. He holds the back of his head and neck, feeling the effects of that surprise German suplex. Meanwhile, it looks like Joe is weeping over his victory. Wiping the tears away, he extends his hand to Shawn, who merely slaps it; a pseudo-shake from Braxton, but that's not good enough for Pizzuto. He forces Shawn back towards Joe, and the two shake hands before Shawn makes an immediate exit.

"Blockbuster" CJ Rowell -vs- "Thailand Murderer" Wreck

After the entrances, the crowd is clearly favoring Rowell more than Wreck. Wreck seems a little thrown off by this response, but nonetheless, the two have a quick handshake, and start things off.

Rowell is circling around, it looks as though he wants to start this one with a standard collar and elbow tie up. Wreck, on the other hand, is just staring him down, not budging an inch. Rowell charges in at Wreck - and gets grabbed by the throat! Wreck is choking CJ, pushing him back into the corner. He yanks him out - OHH! He just threw Rowell across the ring by the throat! Rowell crashes and burns on the canvas, as Wreck slowly walks over towards him. He picks him up and slams one of those huge arms down across CJ's back. He drops to his knees, but Wreck pulls him back up and backs him into the ropes. He whips him to the far side, but CJ ducks a clothesline! He runs through to the far ropes and Wreck turns around - met with a shoulder block that moves neither man! Rowell hits the ropes again and goes - another shoulderblock, but nobody moves! CJ hits the ropes again and charges back - OH! Roundhouse kick out of nowhere from Wreck! He extended his leg waaaay up there and connects straight with the head and chest of CJ! Rowell is down on the mat, clutching his head, but Wreck pulls him back up to his feet nonetheless. He hooks his arm - and nails a huge hiptoss, sending Rowell halfway across the ring! Rowell rolls through to his feet, clutching his lower back... but here comes Wreck! BAM! A straight thrust kick to the back of the head, and Rowell eats canvas! Wreck is pretty much wowing this crowd here, I don't think anyone figured this guy to be so flexible, nailing these high kicks multiple times. He axe kicks the back of Rowell, who rolls towards the ropes. He exits the ring, and Wreck just stands inside, this mountain of a man awaiting his opponent's re-entry. Rowell is stumbling around outside, trying to get a gameplan together... and this crowd is really on the case of Wreck! They've started a "Murderer" chant! I don't think Wreck really knows how to take this.. he's just looking around the arena with a look of confusion, maybe a bit of anger, on his face. He's placed his hands on his ears, trying to drown them out... and that's the perfect opportunity for Rowell! He slides in from behind Wreck and hits a running knee to the lower back! He quickly spins Wreck around, and he's unloading with forearm blow after forearm blow to the head! Wreck is dazed, and now Rowell whips him into the ropes. He comes back - falling, charging clothesline from Rowell! Wreck hits the mat hard, and CJ is immediately up, running to the ropes - hiiiiigh leg drop! He got some serious air on that one, but he's up to his feet again! This time he bounces up to the second rope and leaps off - oh! A double kneedrop, perfectly placed to the head of Wreck! CJ pops up and lets out a scream, while this crowd applauds a firey comeback!

He pulls Wreck to his feet, who is doubled over at the moment... oh! A knee strike from CJ, taking a page out of Wreck's kickboxing book. He hits a second one, and Wreck breaks away, stumbling towards the ropes, holding his face. Rowell stays on him, though, grabbing him by the head and connecting with a powerful European uppercut. Wreck is finding himself in a position here that I'm not sure he's too used to, but CJ is definitely taking full advantage of the situation. He grabs Wreck's arm and applies an armbar, stepping on the back of the big man's knee to bring him down. CJ keeps a foot on the leg, applying more pressure with some leverage. OH! Out of nowhere, he just kneed Wreck in the face! UH OH! He should have thought twice about that, because Wreck just reached up with his free arm and grabbed CJ by the throat! He's powering up to his feet now and... he lifts CJ into the air - chokeslam! Wreck is angry now, and he's going to take out some more frustrations on CJ Rowell! He pulls him up to his feet, and he's going for a suplex - a stalling vertical suplex! Wreck is holding him up there - waita.. what?! OHH! He just turned a stalling vertical suplex into a backbreaker across his knee! A harsh move from Wreck, who wastes no time in once again picking CJ back to his feet. He whips him into the corner and he hits hard. Wreck charges in - running Yakuza kick! Rowell is out on his feet, but Wreck grabs him and presses him hiiiiiiigh over head! He turns around for the crowd to see and now - drops him into a quick powerslam! Wreck pops back up to his feet and backs into the ropes. He comes back and drops his elbow across the chest of CJ, going for a quick pin. Rowell gets out at two, and "The Thailand Murderer" brings him back to his feet. Wreck just slaps CJ across the face now, connecting with those big hands. He slaps him again, and now he whips him to the ropes. WRECKING BALL! NO! Rowell ducks Wreck's big boot, and he grabs Wreck's other leg - he pulls the big man face-first onto the mat! Rowell is hooking up Wreck's legs on the mat.. he bridges back - Muta Lock! He's got Wreck in a submission position here, and this could be it! He's pulling Wreck's chin back with force, which could be making it hard for the big man to breathe.

CJ is certainly putting the hurt on Wreck here, and I'm not so sure that he can find a way out of this hold. Rowell is definitely determined to either make Wreck submit here, or just damage his body and weaken him. The ref is in there, checking to see if Wreck wants to throw in the towel, but he is staying strong. Well, CJ finally lets go of the hold and gets back to his feet, while Wreck is moving around on the mat. CJ kicks him in the back, then drops an elbow across his spine. It certainly looks as though Rowell is softening up Wreck for his Running Colt .45, if he can actually lift the big man up. CJ brings Wreck back to a vertical position, and he locks him in an abdominal stretch... no, an octopus hold! He's got Wreck tied up once again, trying to force the former kickboxer to give up. Wreck is already trying to wriggle out of this one - CJ is off balance, and has to take his leg off of Wreck's head and neck, and place it back on the ground... to which Wreck uses a hip throw to break the hold! CJ gets up quick and runs at Wreck - and gets met with a spinning back elbow! Wreck lifts him again and whips him into the ropes - a spin heel kick to the ribs doubles CJ over, and Wreck runs to the ropes. He charges back, right at Rowell - knee strike!! He just hit a running knee strike to the top of Rowell's head, straight on! CJ collapses to the mat, and Wreck is standing proud above his fallen opponent! He drags a thumb across his throat - he's telling us that its over! This crowd is chanting "Mur-Der-Er" at Wreck once again, and he's losing his focus! He's pointing into the crowd, screaming at the fans! Rowell is getting some valuable time, but who knows if he's even able to use it to recover. Wreck snaps out of it and sets his sites on CJ, but what started as a small section is now most of the building chanting at Wreck! He's waiting for CJ to stand up, he looks poised to go for that Wrecking Ball, big boot - the move that killed a referee in Thailand. CJ gets up and spins around, facing Wreck - he charges... wait, he just stopped and spun around, glaring into this crowd again! Wreck is making a mistake - he turns around... STUTTER KICK! Rowell hits his superkick, and it takes the big man down! He hooks both legs and covers... one - two - three! Rowell gets the win!

    Winner: CJ Rowell [14 minutes]

The crowd gave a mixed reaction to Rowell for winning this one. As Wreck slowly made his way to his feet, he accepted Rowell's extended hand before quickly exiting the ring with rage in his eyes.

"Wildfire" Bryan Summers -vs- Mark Sherrick

Both men are in the ring, and this one could prove to be interesting. Summers definitely has a size advantage, but we'll see if Sherrick can outwrestle the big man. They shake hands to get this match started.

They're circling in the center of the ring, sizing each other up before making any physical contact. They lock it up, but Summers quickly shoves Sherrick down to the mat. Sherrick rolls through to a knee, eyeing his opponent. He gets back to his feet and the two men begin circling once more. Another tie up - no, Sherrick ducks behind. Waistlock, and now he slides down, taking Summers' legs out from under him. Sherrick twists the legs of Summers, and now he applies an STF in the center! Sherrick is wasting no time in trying to take the umph out of Summers, and could very well do so with this very dangerous submission hold. Summers is trying to push out of it, but as he does, Sherrick applies more pressure to the hold. Summers is trying to reach towards the ropes, but even at his size, he just can't grab them. He's reaching up towards Sherrick now... and he's pulling Sherrick's arms off of him! Before Summers can get too far, though, Sherrick releases the hold, leaps to his feet, and drops an elbow across the neck of Summers. He picks Bryan up to his feet and whips him into the far ropes. Summers comes back - and Sherrick connects with a big dropkick to the knee! That one came out of nowhere, but it looks like Sherrick is already softening Bryan up for his elevated Texas Cloverleaf finisher, the Hunter Breaker. Sherrick is up and grabs the leg of Summers, twisting it with spinning toe hold. He's putting the pressure on Sherrick again here, who finds himself in an awkward position, grounded by a smaller man. Sherrick spins around with it again, wrenching on the knee. Summers reaches up - he's able to grab Sherrick's head and pulls him close - BAM! He connects with the point of his elbow! Sherrick stumbles back as Summers gets to his feet, favoring his left leg. He nails Sherrick with a hard elbow shot to the jaw, knocking him into the corner. He reaches in and grabs Sherrick, whipping him to the far side. He hits hard and Summers charges - connecting with a devastating back elbow in the corner! He runs to the opposite ropes as Sherrick stumbles into the center of the ring. Summers comes flying back - flying clothesline! Sherrick gets rocked with that one, and Summers gets back to his feet. He pulls Sherrick up and drives a big boot into the stomach. Summers is locking up Sherrick - he's going for a pumphandle slam! He lifts Sherrick up - OHH! He just nailed him with the Back Draft, his pumphandle belly to back suplex! Sherrick lands hard with that one, and Summers floats over for the cover, hooking the leg. He gets one - two - and Sherrick gets the shoulder up. Summers pulls Sherrick up and sends him into the far corner. Summer charges in - Sherrick sends him up and over the top rope! Summers manages to land on his feet on the apron - oh! Sherrick just smashed him face-first into the metal connecting the turnbuckle and the post! Sherrick runs to the ropes and comes back - he jumps to the adjacent middle rope... springboard and a twist out to Summers... tornado DDT!! He just DDT'd him off of the apron, and to the arena floor! Both men hit with a sickening thud! Summers is motionless, while Sherrick is gripping his back in agony. The referee is laying down the count, at a six count right now. Sherrick is pulling himself up to his feet and rolls into the ring, still clutching his lower back. The referee continues his count, reaching eleven here, while Summers remains completely motionless on the floor. This isn't look good... the ref jumps out of the ring now, checking on Summers... oh no, he's calling for more help. The other referees are running down, with EMTs behind them. Sherrick is just looking on from inside the ring while the tend to Bryan Summers on the floor. I guess Sherrick picks up a win here by default, because Summers is out of it. They're fitting a neckbrace on him now, and lifting him onto a stretcher. Summers is taken out of the arena, while Sherrick slowly follows behind, a look of confusion and shock on his face.

    Winner: Mark Sherrick [7 minutes]

Post match, the crowd kind of set into a lull, seeing Bryan Summers injured and taken out on a stretcher. The show was brought to a temporary halt as the boys in the back, EMTs, Corey Collins, and this reporter were trying to get an update on the condition of Summers. As I write this there is no update yet, but he is being taken to a local medical facility.

"American Champion" Chip Masters -vs- Joshua "The Purist" Frampton

Both men made their entrances, with Chip Masters catching a lot of flack from the crowd for coming up short in the Super Japan Pro Wrestling contest against Bobby Skylark recently. Masters is certainly not well liked by the fans here, but he is certainly respected for his abilities. Joshua Frampton, on the other hand, soaked up the adulation from the crowd alongside his valet, Hilary Bennett. Both men entered the ring, under the rule of Referee Alex Kimsey, ready to get this one underway.

A staredown starts things off here for both men, but now Frampton is backing up a few steps. He looks across the crowd and now... extends his hand for Masters to shake. Masters is chuckling to himself, and does not appear to like this idea at all. He must, though, take this hand shake as the rules are laid out in The Pillars of Glory. Masters is taking his time with this decision now... and reluctantly extends his hand to Frampton! The two shake - oh! Back leg trip from Masters, keeping a hold of that arm. He rolls Frampton over and turns it into a hammerlock, grinding Frampton's face into the mat. Masters is really wrenching this hold on, as Frampton swings his leg up, planting his foot and rising to his feet. Back to a vertical standpoint, Frampton reaches back and grabs Chip's head. He leaps into the air - snapmare take over! Masters hangs onto the arm, though, and now he chicken wings Frampton's other arm on the mat! Masters lets go of the hammerlock, instead opting for a half nelson while he continues the chicken wing on the left arm of Frampton. Joshua is getting up to his feet again, looking for a way out of this predicament. He's power that right arm out of the half nelson! He's using brute strength to get his arm out - and its free! He spins around Masters and now has him in a back waistlock! He lifts him into the air, slamming him back down to the mat, chest first. Frampton floats over into a front facelock, trapping The Chipper on the mat. Masters is getting up, or trying to at least... Frampton is just laying there! Chip is on his feet, but Frampton is on the mat, forcing Chip's head and neck into an uneasy position. Masters comes back down to his knees, while Frampton comes up to one knee. Chip wraps his arms around the waist of Joshua, standing up once again, bringing his opponent with him this time. He lifts Joshua up in an attempted Northern Lights Suplex, but Joshua tightens the lock on the front facelock and stays on his feet! Joshua lifts a knee, driving it into Chip's chest. He nails him a second time, and Chip lets go of Frampton. Joshua quickly lets go of Chip and takes him down with a drop toe hold. He rolls over Chip's back and into a headlock on the mat, once again trapping "The American Champion."

Chip swivels his hips, moving to his side and swings his legs up - headscissors locked on Frampton. Joshua is trying to snap himself out of the hold, but Masters has his legs tightly locked around the neck of his adversary. Frampton rolls over onto his feet, standing up in front of Masters with his head still locked in the hold. Frampton is pushing down on Masters' knees, trying to separate them and break from this hold... and he does! Basement dropkick - no, Masters swerves out of the way! Frampton crashes and burns that time, as Masters gets back to his feet. Joshua is quick to follow but gets cracked across the face with a big Chip Masters forearm. A second one connects, and now Masters drives a knee into the stomach of Frampton. He runs to the ropes and comes charging back - flipping neckbreaker on Frampton! A well-crafted move from Masters, who rolls Frampton over onto his stomach and slaps on an armbar. He's pulling back pretty hard on this one, trying to snap Frampton's elbow! Joshua is trying to squirm out of it, but Masters has a severe leverage advantage here, using his veteran knowledge to keep Frampton planted. Masters swings around and turns this armbar into a top wristlock, placing a boot on the back of Frampton's head. He's just adding insult here, folks! He's got the arm locked up and he's driving Joshua's head right into the canvas. Masters is taunting Frampton now, verbally assaulting him while he holds him down on the mat. This crowd is trying to get behind Frampton, as his manager Hilary leads them in a chant of "Let's Go Frampton!" It must be working, because Joshua plants his free hand on the canvas, and he's powering up! He pushes himself up with one hand, and Masters still has his boot on the side of his head! Joshua is lifting Masters right leg along with his own body, and now Masters slams the boot down on the mat. Frampton is up on his feet - standing backflip breaks the hold - and a quick dropkick to Masters' lower back! Chip flies forward, crashing to his knees. Frampton charges into the ropes and right back at the rising Masters - flying back elbow! Masters goes down, and Frampton kips up to his feet!

Frampton is ready to take control of this one, pulling Chip back up. He sends him into the corner and lets him hit hard chest first. Chip is stumbling out, and Joshua charges in - OH! He just cleaned Masters' clock with a charging forearm shot to the jaw! Masters got hit so hard, he flew right back into the corner and now he collapses to the mat! Frampton is dragging Masters to the center of the ring. He looks across this arena and shouts "It's over!" He picks up Masters and double underhooks him - J-DRILLER! He drives Masters down on the back of his head and neck, and hooks him up for the pin! One - two... no, Masters BARELY gets out before a three count! I think Frampton may have this one locked up, though. Masters hit pretty hard there, and it may have knocked him loopy for the remainder of this contest. Frampton pulls Masters up to a sitting position and runs to the ropes, behind "The American Champion." He comes charging back - flipping neck snap on Masters! Chip is rolling around, holding the back of his neck, while Frampton gets to his feet once again. He yanks Chip to his feet and connects with an open-hand uppercut. Chip falls back into the ropes and Frampton whips him to the far side. Chip comes charging back and ducks Frampton's attempted crescent kick! He floats behind Frampton and waistlocks him - release German suplex! Frampton just got planted on the back of his neck, and now both men lay on the canvas! A terrific high impact move from Masters, taking Frampton down just as he was gaining a big advantage. Frampton has rolled to the ropes, where Hilary is tending to him. Masters is slowly getting up, keeping his eye on the duo.

Masters gets up at the referee's seven count, and stumbles over towards Frampton. He grabs him and rolls him back towards the center of the ring. Wait, what's he doing?? He's sticking his head out of the ring and jawing back and forth with Hilary! Frampton is getting up inside the ring - OH! Masters just pie-faced Hilary! He's laughing to himself, but oh man, Joshua just got back to his feet and he is enraged! Masters comes back inside and turns around - Frampton charges! WHAM! Frampton charges at Masters, and with a scream, nails him with a diving forearm, taking both men to the outside! Frampton immediately gets up and goes to check on Hilary, who assures him that she's fine. He turns his attention back to Masters, pulling him up to his feet. A grab of the arm and - bam! Masters gets up close and personal with the steel ring post! He stumbles backwards, towards Frampton - and gets met with a hard forearm shot to the base of the neck! Masters crumbles to his knees, and Frampton quickly shoots him back into the ring. Joshua slides back in as well, once again hurrying to pull Masters to his feet. He connects with a forearm shot, and now drives his shoulder into Masters stomach. He runs him back into the corner, and now he lifts him up, sitting him on the top rope. Frampton is scaling the ropes, and stands on the top. This entire building just rose to its feet! Frampton carefully hooks both arms of Masters up.. he's going for a butterfly superplex! He lifts - no! Masters puts the breaks on! Frampton tries again, but it is blocked for a second time. OH! Masters just lifted his head into the stomach of Frampton! He lets go of his grip, and Chip shoves him back into the ring.

Joshua is getting back to his feet and Masters leaps - flying clothesline from the top rope! He just completely flipped Frampton over - he landed on his stomach! Masters leaps back up to his feet and grabs a hold of Frampton. He rocks him with a forearm shot, and another quick one as well. Frampton is whipped into the ropes and comes flying back - met with a big Chip Masters spinebuster! Masters stands back up, hanging onto Frampton's legs... he positions himself and - slingshot into the corner! No! Frampton lands on the second rope! Masters gets back to his feet and Frampton leaps off - twisting cross body block! No, Masters catches him! He turns him around, positioning Frampton over his shoulder. He backs into the corner and charges out - running powerslam... no, Frampton drops behind - full nelson... OHH!!! Tiger suplex!! He hit it out of nowhere! Masters is dazed, but rolled right over from his neck to his knees. Frampton hurries over towards him and takes hold... powerbomb - into an Ace Crusher! He calls that Purity, and he just cleaned Masters' clock! Frampton covers - one! Two! Three!! Joshua Frampton picks up the win!

    Winner: Joshua Frampton [21 minutes]

Post match, Frampton celebrates in ring with Hilary, waiting for Masters to get back to his feet. Frampton approaches him in the center, offering his hand. Masters, clutching the back of his neck, looks a little weary. He stares Frampton in the eyes and... and he shakes his hand! A great show of sportsmansh-wait! He just pulled Frampton into a reverse Russian legsweep! He quickly floats over - he's got Joshua Frampton Seein' Stars and Stripes! Masters has his submission hold locked on Frampton in the center of the ring! Come on, this is just ridiculous! Masters is pulling back on this one, and Frampton is screaming in pain! Hilary is trying to pull Masters off, and he finally lets go when Alex Kimsey gets in his face. Masters stares down Hilary, chuckling to himself, as he leaves the ringside area. What a dispicable act from Chip Masters!

    Super Japan Pro Wrestling Showcase
Team Tiger (MAMMOTH Kagawa and Noboru "Raging Bull" Nishida) -vs- The Crush Crew (Tsutomu Kobayashi and Botan Nakatoni)

Both teams have entered the ring here, with pretty decent reactions from the crowd. Obviously, SJPW is a world-wide phenomenon and these hardcore Illinois fans know great wrestling when they see it. Hopefully, the working relationship between SJPW and PWG will be a long and healthy one. As a side note, SJPW announcer Akira Ono passed on the following information regarding these two teams: "Kagawa & Nishida represent Team Tiger, a large group of wrestlers who were trained at the Team Tiger Dojo in Tokyo. These men fight for honor in the ring, while their opponents, The Crush Crew, do not. These men are both second generation stars who feel that Team Tiger has eclipsed their own glory, and so they joined the Disciples of Despair, a cult-like group revolving around the Gaijin wrestler Despair, who currently holds our Gunryo championship. Add in that Kagawa & Nishida defeated the Crush Crew once all ready in Japan, and this match should be quite volatile!"

Reluctantly, The Crush Crew accepted Team Tiger's handshakes, and this one is ready to go!

Kobayashi and Kagawa start things off, locking up and struggling for position... Kobayashi backs Kagawa to the ropes, and the referee calls for a break... Kobayashi breaks clean... BACK ELBOW TO THE FACE OF KAGAWA!!! Kagawa feels the effects and then comes back, shoving Kobayashi hard! Kobayashi is undaunted, though, and responds with a shove of his own. Lariat from Kagawa, but Kobayashi ducks it. Kagawa runs into the ropes - and gets hit with a hard knee to the abdomen upon his return. Kobayashi hits the ropes now, and connects with a swinging neckbreaker! Kobayashi back up and - a hard elbow drop to the chest! He covers - one... two... kickout! Kobayashi is back up quick and tags in Nakatoni.

Double team effort here, as Kagawa is sent into the ropes. Double back elbow followed by a double kick to the gut. Kobayashi lifts Kagawa up - piledriver coming! Wait, Nakatoni grabs the ankles... OHH! Spike piledriver! That could end not only the match, but Kagawa's career! A cover from Nakatoni - only a two count! The crowd applauds Kagawa here, who shot his shoulder up in the nick of time to get out of that one. Kagawa is dragged up and gets rocked with a devastating European uppercut. He stumbles back - standing dropkick from Nakatoni! Kagawa falls into the ropes, but gets flipped back into action via a snap mare. SMACK! A hard kick to the back of Kagawa! Nakatoni picks Kagawa up and attempts an Irish whip, only for Kagawa to reverse it. Nakatoni rebounds, and Kagawa catches him with a lariat that sends him to the mat! Kagawa goes to the ropes with Nakatoni down, and runs over him to the ropes. He rebouds off, and Nakatoni attempts a hiptoss, only for Kagawa to block it, and level him with another lariat! Nakatoni to his feet, as he is dragged to the Team Tiger corner, where Nishida gets the tag.

The "Raging Bull" comes in, and he and his partner whip Nakatoni to the ropes. Both men catch Nakatoni on the rebound.. flapjack! Nakatoni eats the mat on that one, and he hit HARD! They drag Nakatoni to his feet, and hit a double suplex, demonstrating some great tag team wrestling before the referee forces Nagawa out of the ring.

Kagawa is tagged right back in and takes control. He whips Nakatoni to the ropes - POWERSLAM from Nishida! Kagawa runs off of the ropes - legdrop! Kagawa tags Nishida back in yet again, keeping control with this quick, crisp tags. Nakatoni into the ropes again - double back body drop! Nishida is waiting for Nakatoni to rise, and he's poised! Nakatoni is up and turns towards Nishida - LARIAT!! A hard one that makes the crowd react, and now Nishida covers! One - two.. no! Nakatoni gets out!

Nishida picks Nakatoni up yet again and grabs him from behind.. but he gets smashed with a back elbow from Nakatoni! A second! And a third, finally breaking the waist lock. Nakatoni charges at the ropes and flies back - running forearm! Nishida is staggered back into the ropes and comes right back - overhead belly to belly suplex from Nakatoni! Nakatoni gets back up and makes the smart tag to Kobayashi.

Nakatoni keeps the control here, whipping Nishida into the ropes and connecting with a big Manhattan Drop. He holds him in position and lifts him into the air. What's this? Kobayashi comes flying off of the ropes with a huge lariat! Kobayashi picks up Nishida and goes behind - TIGER SUPLEX!! He dumped him on his head! And shockingly, Nishida is right back up on his feet! WHAM! HUGE lariat to Kobayashi! Kobayashi rebounds off of the ropes - Yakuza kick from Kobayashi knocks Nishida backwards! He charges forward - powerslam! Cover - one... two... kickout!

Kobayashi picks Nishida up once again, nailing him with forearm shots to the head. Nishida is coming right back with full force, though! They're trading blows and this crowd is appreciative of the action - whoa! Out of nowhere, Nishida nails a knee into Kobayashi's stomach. He nails him over the back with a double axe handle, dropping him to one knee. Nishida charges to the ropes and comes back - SHINING WIZARD! One - two - kickout! Nishida quickly yanks Kobayashi up - full nelson slam, and another pin attempt.. only a two! A smattering of applause for Kobayashi's resiliance.

Nishida pulls Kobayashi back up and drags him into his corner, tagging in Kagawa. More double teaming here, as they send Kobayashi to the ropes and hammer him with a double shoulderblock upon his return. Kagawa sends him into the ropes again - blind tag from Nakatoni - and a kneelift from Kobayashi! Kagawa staggers back from the kneelift, and Kobayashi hits a lariat that sends him to the mat.

Nakatoni in now, stomping away at his opponent. Kagawa blocks them as best he can. Nakatoni gives up stomping Kagawa, and drags him to his feet, only to rock the masked man with a stiff European uppercut. Kagawa staggers back, and Nakatoni hoists him up into a fireman's carry... into a shoulderbreaker! Nakatoni drags Kagawa back to his feet and goes behind - falling backdrop suplex, before relentlessly bringing Kagawa back up yet again... this time hitting a backdrop driver! Kagawa landed right on the back of his head - but he rolls over and pops right back up! Nakatoni turns and sees him, and he attempts a lariat, only to catch a Yakuza kick to the face! Nakatoni staggers back to the ropes, blind tags Kobayashi, rebounds, and gets caught with a shoulderblock! Kagawa whips Nakatoni to the ropes, but he gets nailed from behind by Kobayashi. Kagawa staggers forward, right into lariat from Nakatoni! Kagawa staggers back from the lariat, and Kobyashi catches him from behind in a waist lock, and lifts him up for a backdrop suplex, with Nakatoni catching him coming down with a neckbreaker. This could be the end - they're sending Kagawa to the ropes... ASSAIKI! Their 3-D finisher rocks Kagawa to the core! Nakatoni charges over and hammers Nishida on the apron, and Kobayashi covers in the ring! One - two - three! The Crush Crew get the win!

Winners: The Crush Crew [18 minutes]

Post match, Nishida helps Kagawa to his feet and then offer their victorious foes their hands to shake. The Crush Crew accept once again, as Team Tiger exit, leaving Kobayashi and Nakatoni to bask in the respect this crowd is showing them.

    MAIN EVENT
    Scramble Relay Match
"Skyhigh" Bobby Skylark -vs- Troy Fenix -vs- Dune -vs- "The Original Gangster" Adrian Lauderdale

A huge main event with the interesting Scramble Relay rules - two men start off, and after five minutes, another wrestler enters and must eject someone from the ring before the match is one-on-one again. The entrances for this one were standard, although it should be noted that Adrian Lauderdale came to ringside flanked by not only Lena D, but some unknown male as well. Through the luck of a draw, Adrian and Bobby Skylark are starting things off. The other competitors also drew to see who would be coming in third and fourth, but that information has been kept under wraps.

A shake of the hands, a collar and elbow tie up in the center, and Skylark gets trapped in a side headlock. Lauderdale wrenches down on it, but Bobby quickly shoots him off to the ropes. Adrian comes back and knocks Bobby to the mat with a shoulder block, looking down at the fallen Skylark with a cocky grin. He darts to the ropes and comes running back - but Skylark is up and connects with a picture perfect standing dropkick! The smack of that kick just echoed through the building! Skylark goes for a quick cover, but only gets a two. "Skyhigh" realizes that with this unique rules, it is smarter to get a quick cover rather than wear down an opponent, because when the time is up, a completely fresh man will be coming in. Skylark keeps Adrian grounded, locking on a cross arm breaker in the center of the ring. Lauderdale locks his hands together, though, making it hard for Bobby to apply full pressure. But WHAM! Skylark slams his leg right onto Adrian's face! And again! Lauderdale reaches for his nose - and now Skylark has the hold completely locked! He's got Adrian in the center of the ring, and again, it could be all over in a matter of moments! Skylark is really putting it all into this hold, and Lauderdale is squirming around, trying to get out of it. Lena D is yelling inspiration to Adrian, while his bleach-blonde mystery guest watches on beside her. Lauderdale rolls it over, turning Skylark onto his stomach, and now gets to his feet. Skylark is relentless, though, keeping this hold locked on. OH! Lauderdale just kicked Skylark in the ear with the toe of his boot! Skylark immediately releases the hold and rolls to the corner, clutching his right ear. Adrian shakes his arm a little bit, making his way over towards Skylark. He picks him up by the head and pushes him back into the corner. BAM! A big open-hand chop to the chest by Lauderdale! He whips Skylark into the corner - he hits chest first! Bobby stumbles out backwards - OH! Lariat to the back of the neck from Lauderdale! He may be weakening Bobby's neck for that B-Unit Death Valley Driver maneuver, but that remains to be seen. He backs up from Skylark and slowly moves towards him - kneedrop to the back of the head. Skylark rolls towards the ropes again, but there is no sanctuary as Lauderdale continues his assault. He pulls Bobby up and whips him into the ropes - Skylark darts under Adrian's legs! He pops up to his feet and drives a knee into the spine of Lauderdale! Adrian arches his back - standing neckbreaker, landing the back of Adrian's head on his knee, from Skylark! What a move! He goes for the cover - BZZZZ! [5 minutes]

There's the buzzer - and in comes Dune! WHAM! He just nailed a huge boot to the face of Skylark! He grabs him by the hair - Andy Petersen is chastising Dune, but he's not listening! He picks Skylark up - gorilla press slam - TO THE ARENA FLOOR!!! Skylark just smacked the ground hard! What a beast! Dune turns his attention to Lauderdale now and immediately picks him up - boot to the stomach... front layout suplex from Dune! He pulls Lauderdale to his feet again and violently throws him into the corner. He charges in - clothesline! Dune is a mad man in there, and he is taking his frustrations out on "The Original Gangster!" He whips him to the far corner and comes charging right behind - another huge clothesline from the big man. Adrian falls to the mat, while on the outside of the ring, Bobby Skylark is still down! He's holding his ribs and chest, but he does not look to be in very good condition. Troy Fenix, on the other hand, has the grin of all grins on his face as he glares at the fallen Skylark. Back in the ring, Dune rocks Lauderdale with a forearm shiver to the jaw. Adrian falls to his knees, crawling along the ropes as a worried Lena watches on. Dune backs up a little bit - straight running kick to the side of Adrian's head! The bottom of his boot just caught flush with Adrian's cheek, bringing him down to his back. He lays in a huge stomp to the neck of Adrian, and now he stares out at the unappreciative crowd for a moment. Dune certainly came into this one with a gameplan, and he is laying it out to perfection. He pulls Adrian back up to his feet, who at this moment is almost lifeless. He double underhooks the arms of Adrian - spinning sitdown double underhook DDT! Dune plants Adrian face first - but wait... he's picking him back up, in the same position, and nails a standard double underhook DDT! He's not done, though! He picks Adrian up AGAIN and now - OH! Tiger Bomb into a backbreaker across the knee! Dune is picking apart Lauderdale, but does not go for the cover. Dune backs up and bounces off of the ropes - driving the point of his elbow into the chest of Lauderdale! He picks up his fallen prey once again, this time right by the throat. Referee Andy Petersen is in there again, but Dune quickly lets go of the choke, only to drive his elbow into the forehead of Lauderdale. Adrian wobbles backwards - OH! A short, charging clothesline from Dune rocks Lauderdale! Dune looks around, once again turning his attention away from his opponent and to the crowd. Wait a minute... he's going out to the apron... he's going to the top rope! What's he doing up ther- BZZZZZ! [10 minutes]

There's the buzzer, and in comes Troy Fenix! He charges towards the corner - OH! What a brilliant move! He just dropkicked Dune off of the top rope and to the floor, and that leaves a totally fresh Troy Fenix with the fallen Adrian Lauderdale! Adrian has already been in there for ten minutes, and the past five were all Dune! Fenix is strutting around the ring with a cocky grin on his face, relishing in the fact that he is the top dog in the ring right now. Outside, Dune is furious and Skylark is just starting to get back to his feet. Adrian is starting to get to his feet, getting up on his knees. Fenix is right behind him, though - BAM! A kick to the back catches Adrian by surprise! Fenix looks to the crowd, shouting at them while they shower him with jeers. He is taking his sweet time in there, slowly picking up Lauderdale. Taking his time, though, may prove to be a smart move, because now that the initial rotation has finished, any man can enter the ring when that buzzer sounds. He shoves Adrian into the corner - OH! What a show of disrespect, he just slapped Adrian in the face! He can't even come back from it, he's just so worn out! Another slap, and now Adrian walks away from Fenix, using the top rope as his support. Lena once again encourages her man, while the mystery guest looks on silently. Fenix walks slowly behind Adrian and just shoves the back of his head... OH! Adrian responds with a knife edge chop to Fenix's chest! That one caught EVERYONE by surprise, but now Fenix charges at him - Adrian ducks and Fenix hits the ropes. He comes back - hiptoss from Adrian! Fenix comes back - deeeeep arm drag! Fenix charges again - OH! Thunderous spinebuster onto Fenix, but that series took about all of the energy Adrian had in him! Both men are laying down on the canvas, but what a tremendous second wind from Adrian Lauderdale! The referee is laying the count down on both men, also checking to make sure they can continue. As he reaches a three count, Troy Fenix is the first one to move, while Adrian remains flat on his back. At the six, Fenix is now up and looks down at Adrian... chuckling and motioning to the crowd! Fenix is going out to the apron slowly, certainly taking his time while Adrian still lays motionless. He grabs onto the top rope and looks across the crowd with another cocky grin before springing up to the top rope... flying splash - NO! Adrian rolled out of the way and immediately pops up to his feet! He must have been playing opossum! Fenix jolts up to his feet, holding his stomach - WHAM! Clothesline from Adrian! And an immediate follow up elbow drop! He jumps to his feet and runs to the ropes - flyyyyyying kneedrop to the face of Fenix! Adrian is taking complete contro-BZZZZZ! [15 minutes]

Dune immediately slides in and levels Lauderdale with a clothesline! He picks up Fenix from the mat and throws him right over the top rope! Dune is once again wrestling a smart match here, keeping the severely weakened Lauderdale in the ring. Dune turns his attention to Adrian, quickly picking him up to his feet. He whips him to the ropes - boot to the stomach. Dune bounces off of the adjacent side - oh, what a move! A falling headbutt to the temple of Adrian! He falls to the mat in, for lack of a better term, an ugly heap. Lena immediately brings her hands to her face, because it looks like that move may have actually taken Adrian out of this contest for good. Petersen goes down to check on him - but no! Dune puts himself between the two and pulls Adrian's limp body to his feet! Well, actually, Dune is kind of holding Adrian up, while his legs dangle underneath him. He shoves him into the corner, wrapping his arms over the ropes to keep him up. Dune backs up and charges back in - big boot to the side of Adrian's face! Lauderdale once again slumps down to the mat, but this only seems to encourage Dune. He drops a knee to the head and neck of Adrian, who doesn't even move from the impact. He could be faking his opponent out again, but if that's the case, Adrian Lauderdale deserves an Academy Award! Dune pulls Adrian up to his feet again and drags him into the center of the ring. He lifts him up - backbreaker? No - a spinning powerbomb! WHAM! He drives Lauderdale down, with an unhealthy landing on the back of the neck! Dune immediately jumps up and runs to the corner. He exits to the apron and climbs to the top - flying headbutt! This time he wastes no time, and connects with pinpoint precision to Lauderdale! Dune is going back out to the apron - and another flying headbutt! He connects once again to Lauderdale, who is still pretty much out of this one. A bit of good news, though, as Bobby Skylark seems to have shaken the cobwebs and is back to his feet outside of the ring. He still looks a little worse for the wear, especially compared to the relatively fresh Troy Fenix on the other side of the ring. Nonetheless, Dune continues his assault on Adrian in the ring. Dune is just toying with him now, as he positions Adrian against the ropes. He runs to the opposite side and charges towards Lauderdale - BZZZZ! [20 minutes]

Dune stops dead in his tracks and spins around - in comes Fenix! He charges at Dune... Dune ducks! OH! Fenix just clotheslined Adrian out of the ring, and he realizes exactly what he's done! Troy Fenix just backed himself into a corner, and the crazed Dune is staring him down with evil intent! BAM! Headbutt from Dune, and Fenix wobbles! He whips him into the ropes - Fenix slides under the legs - sweep from Fenix, and then a kip up! He charges to the ropes as Dune gets back up - a kick to the side of the jaw! Fenix runs through to the ropes again and Dune is getting up. He goes for a clothesline on Fenix, who ducks under and runs through... springboard on the middle rope and Dune spins around - OH! Just in time to catch Troy coming off with a big time kick to the face! Dune is rocked and flies into the ropes, staggered. Fenix charges in at him, but slides through his legs again. He pulls the legs of Dune out from under him and yanks him to the arena floor! Dune lands on his feet and again swings a big arm towards Fenix.
