Highly experienced in clinical transplant and general surgery. Performed more than 100 kidney, 5 liver and 1 abdominal cluster viscera transplantation with nearly 100% surgical success rate, before 1996 when I came to America. Have been the first pioneer in Asia and one of the pioneer in the world in the research and clinical trial for combined abdominal multiple organ transplantation. Successfully performed the first case of combined multiple abdominal organ transplantation in Asia, which was widely reported in many major media in Asia and in China. Also highly skillful in every kind of general surgery, including the most completed radical operations for advanced cancers in the thyroid gland, breast, liver, pancreas, stomach, and colon. Also performed extensive researches both in clinical and experimental transplantation funded by Chinese National Natural Sciences Foundation and Research Foundation of Ministry of Public Health, China. Have produced intensive publications in famous national journals, and in nationally issued, academic and professional books. Was honored as standing members of Editorial Board of <<Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation>> and <<Journal of Clinical Surgery>> and as Contributing Editors for several other journals.
