The Chaotics:
Caele: Her incisors were too short to belong to a hunting vampira, too sharp to indicate that they’d been blunted, and too long to be human. She was a half-vamp, although whether she was healing or wasting away was not immediately evident. There was a pure beauty about her, a sliver of sunlight spread like warm butter beneath her skin, and her lips were smooth and full, but her eyes were faintly lined with red, bloodshot, and rimmed by dark circles.
Adrienne Laevendaele: As a human, Adrienne might have bordered on beauty, but as a vampira, in a world where astonishing beauty was commonplace, she was only a footnote. Prior to the arrival of Intrigue, Adrienne led the band of Chaotics
Carmine Avon: Neither anti-social nor outgoing, Carmine has only two close friends in the bunch--Belle and Tyrhennia.
Belle Avignon: Belle appers completely ordinary. Her hair and eyes are an unremarkable dark brown, and her personality goes hand-in-hand with her bland appearance.
Tyrhennia Redmond: Abstainer by choice, Tyrhennia is suspected early on of being a danger to the Chaotics.
Jonathon: From the beginning, Jonathon loathes Tyrhennia and her ideas about neutral Chaotics. He believes that saving lives is his responsibility and his privelege, and he's determined to take advantage of it.
Kshatriya: Foreign and softspoken, Kshatriya is regarded by the others as somewhat mystical. He opposes Tyrhennia when she speaks, but doesn't go out of his way to keep her in line.
Caligula: Although he appears to be young, Caligula's hair has turned entirely white. His parents owned Sanctuary, when they were alive.
Hadrian: In life, Hadrian was an artist who made a living with his ability to paint quickly and accurately.
Arjuna: The first one to present vampirism as a disease, Arjuna is loved and respected by his friends. He loves Belle, commonplace as she is, although he is clearly suffering early symptoms of Nosferatusim. |
