Warren speeds ahead of his comrades to reach the center of the labyrinth.  He arrives just in time to prevent Parthan from finishing off the Avatar of Titaenus.  Still, Parthan is not concerned at the arrival of his distant relative.  After all, if he was the best the Feloran's sent, Parthan had nothing to worry about.   Undaunted, Warren makes his stand against the empowered Minion...

Despite Warren's technique of focusing his power onto an object in order to deliver an amazingly powerful blow, he is unable to even strike Parthan.  Between the Minion's further increased speed and his ability to teleport, it seems hopeless.  Parthan, however, isn't interested in fighting such a vastly inferior foe and offers Warren a chance to possibly level the playing field.  If Warren were to absorb the powers of the Aelisir as well, he might become just powerful enough to make things interesting for the crazed Minion...

Karroon arrives and prevents Warren from touching the aelisir.  Parthan, however, refuses to be denied his fun and attacks his own cousin!  With a single crushing blow, Karroon is left broken and bleeding upon the stone floor.   Still, Warren hesitates, but Parthan would have nothing of it.  Using his greater strength, he forces Warren into the pool...
