To the Parents, Teachers and Students of Ramstein American Middle School. Thank you for your involvement in our organization.  Without your support there could be no Spelling Bee, no Reflections competition, and many other programs would either be greatly reduced or eliminated.  Please continue to support us by becoming members again this year.  Forms can be obtained at the RAMS Student Affairs Office (SAO). The Ramstein Middle School PTSA meets the second Thursday of each month, unless holidays or mission needs cause the meetings to be rescheduled.  Meetings are announced on AFN radio, tv, and in the Kaiserslautern American Base newspaper.  Meetings are also announced on the KMC-TV channel available on base.     Our role in the school is to promote and sponsor various programs and events.  We provide funds and/or support for the Spelling Bee, DODEA Reads, teacher appreciation days, art programs, and various volunteer programs in the school designed to help the teachers get office work done so they can devote more time to the students.   We are members of both the National PTA, and the European PTA, also known as ECAPTS.
