History This is a 50-ish woman who presented with foreign body sensation (FBS), mild eye pain, some photophobia of 3 days duration. Most symptoms subside by early afternoon. This is the third episode in the last 12 months.
OBJ This eye sees 20/25 and the fellow 20/20 .
