Additional Changes and Upgrades |
The car is set to the maximum ride height allowed by the chassis. The motor mount tubing is cold welded to the brackets and endplate using JB Weld. The front foam bumper plate is made using thin stock sheet metal. The teeth on the alligator clips used for the ignition system have been filed off to keep from damaging the Aerotech "Copperhead" ignitors. The front O-ring tires have been superglued using "thick gel" Superglue. The ejection charge and most of the delay charge have been removed from the "Econojet" engines. A high density wood plug has been glued and screwed in place of the delay charge. |
