"The Bahaghari" is the official bulletin of Rotary Club of Suburban East Rizal (RCSER). The club was chartered  on November 29, 1993. RCSER meets every Thursday, 8:30 in the evening at 7th Floor Rublou Business Center, Ortigas Avenue Extension, Cainta, Rizal.
