If your veterinarian determines the puppy/adult to be ill, or for any other reason unacceptable, the buyer may return the puppy/adult for full refund or for another puppy/adult provided is is in the same condition as the time of the sale. This return policy applies ONLY to illness or defect existing, but undetected at the time of sale. If puppy/adult is returned due to illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from premises. If you do not take puppy to veterinarian with in the allotted thirty six (36) hours.. it will null and void the return policy to illness or defect existing but undetected at the time of sale.... If for some reason or other the puppy/adult should be in need of a home at any time is his/her lifetime he puppy/adult MUST be returned to sellers. Seller will help in in finding a new home. When puppy/adult is placed back with seller, board and veterinarian care will be taken off the selling price, and all paperwork MUST accompany dog. All puppy/adult are placed as house pets. We at DEW-WEL KENNELS raises our puppies in a home environment with plenty of love and attention. We expect you to do the same, if housing is a problem we need to discuss it before purchase. We will not sell to a home that wants to place our precious puppy/adult on a chain or permanently in an outside kennel. GSP's need to be with their families. If I palce a puppy/adult with you and after a home check find the dog is not living as stated here.. I will remove the dog and all legal fees/court costs will be paid by you the buyer. All pet puppies will be placed on limited registration. I will hold AKC paperwork until proof of spaying /neutering is sent to me.. At which time I will forward your AKC paperwork to you..
