THE "GOD BLESS AMERICA" ACT
Whereas in the past 50 years, since 1949, our Supreme
Court and some other lower courts have misinterpreted our
Constitution and our Bill of Rights, Amendment 1, according
to case law instead of Original Intent, we hereby enact
this law to restore the Original Intent of our Forefathers
to the Freedom of Religion that was originally given and
guaranteed to us under law and which is supported by our
historical documents.
Whereas a private letter by Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury
Baptist pastors has been used in some cases to change the
meaning of our Bill of Rights. Whereas this private letter
was written to assure the pastors that our government would
never establish a state church and force everyone to support
and attend that church. Whereas this private letter is not
a part of our law nor did any of our documents ever
authorize hostility toward freedom of religion.
Whereas we want all posterity to know that our nation honors
Almighty God, Who is Our Creator, Protector and Sustainer,
through previous laws that require our money to say,
"In God We Trust", our pledge of allegiance to state, "one
nation, under God", our 1st Amendment, we hereby reaffirm
and clarify the liberty of our people to worship God in a
manner to which they choose, in places where they choose
both public and private, to use, quote, teach, post the
Bible, the Ten Commandments, in both public, government
buildings and private, to use, teach and quote the Bible in
all schools both public, charter and private; to pray in
graduation ceremonies, public assemblies, classrooms,
sporting events and in any assembly of groups or individually
in schools, court houses, court rooms and public places,
private and governmental places.
We hereby enact this law to explain, reaffirm and implement
the Original Intent of the Founders of our 1st Amendment.
"Nothing in our Constitution or Bill of Rights shall be
construed to prohibit individual or group prayer, the
reading or the posting of the Bible or Bible passages or
Christian symbolism by or initiated by students, teachers,
employees, officials, volunteers or anyone in or on public
schools, in or on any other public institution, building,
park, court interior or exterior or in or on any public
property or in or on any private property at owner's choice
or in or on any commercial business at proprietor's choice
or by any individual at home, work, school or play or to
allow hostility toward the Christian religion upon which we
were founded. This is a Christian nation as supported by
history and proclaimed by our 1892 Supreme Court. We hereby
enact this law to explain, reaffirm, clarify and implement
the Original Intent of our Founders, our 1st Amendment and
to reverse any contrary court rulings."

1. Pray to God and ask His forgiveness, His blessing,
direction, protection and help.

Congressmen/women and urge them to pass legislation to
restore the legality of posting and reading the 10
Commandments, the Bible, and allowing prayer in public
schools, public places, and public court rooms.
3. Talk to your friends amd pastor/priest and urge them
to get behind restoring honor to God so that
GOD can BLESS AMERICA!

Petitions will be mailed to Congress as a large show of
support to Help Save America.
Upon entering the White House, where our President lives,
you will see special words over the fireplace in the State
dining room which were authored by the first President to
live in this building, John Adams. This prayer was inscribed
in the mantel during President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's
years:
"I pray Heaven to bestow the best of Blessings on
this (White) House and on all that shall hereafter
inhabit it. May none but honest and wise men ever
rule under this roof..."
God, we once looked to you for our hope and our dreams,
Now, it just seems like there are so many schemes.
There are conartists on every corner, people getting killed left and right,
God, could you just take her hand again and hold it through the night?
You see all the hate, all the pain--when will it stop?
On every street corner you see a cop.
We have made prisons out of our homes--a latchkey is a common word,
Too many of our children are just never heard.
So God, would you please bless America again?
She is worn and tired and so full of sin.
Babies killing babies, oh, where will it all end?
Are we blind to this, or are we just trying to pretend?
We can't ignore these happenings anymore.
Seems like living is just a chore.
God, I want to live in peace and harmony with all,
Oh, please help America to once again stand tall.
You blessed us once, I know you can do it again,
I know how much You hate all of this sin.
God, could you look down from the heavens tonight,
and help us with this awful fight?
The fight against sin is just too much for us,
But, I know, we can open up our Bibles and get rid of the dust.
Could you please bless America again,
and help us to get rid of all this sin?
