--Send an e-mail to the address above and include your name, phone number, role (e.g. cantor, pianist), Mass time preference, and the dates you are NOT available to minister.
--If you are not going to be available for any Masses during this scheduling period (e.g. you are away at college, studying abroad, etc.), it is probably best to send an e-mail to the address above and simply indicate as such -- no need to fill out the form and mark every Mass as unavailable.
