Contestant's Agreement I certify that this entry is my original work. I have read, I understand, and I agree to abide by the official rules of Scriptscene/RWA's SHARE THE DREAM Contest. I further understand and agree that any questions regarding the interpretation of the official rules and any matters relating to the Share The Dream Contest which are not specifically covered by the official rules will be decided by the contest officials, and I will accept as final the decision of the contest officials in any such matters. I also realize and accept that manuscript judging is subjective by nature, and I may receive feedback with which I do not agree. Accordingly, I will accept and abide by the decisions of any judges and/or contest officials regarding winners, finalists or runners-up in the contest. I understand and accept that ideas and titles cannot be copyrighted. My signature on this Contestant's Agreement shows that I accept as reasonable the statements made above. I am signing this contestant's agreement in exchange for the acceptance and processing of my entry in Scriptscene RWA's Share The Dream Contest. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless its officers, members and all judges of the Contest from liability for its/their actions arising from, or relating to, judging and handling of my entry, and conducting, sponsoring and advertising the Contest. I realize that Scriptscene/RWA, the Contest officials, and the Contest judges are relying on the truth and sincerity of my statements.
