You picked out those clothes to wear? Nope, Aunt Bossy picked them out, but I had to pay for them Are you gonna wear them? Nope. I’m gonna return them, but don’t you dare tell her. Well, I’m gonna go back to the house. Come down later. You know, I will see you if you go somewhere. Later that evening around 9 Pm, I decided to go out. Looking down the street at Aunt Nosey’s house, the curtain was still open. |

Boy, will I catch it in the morning! Sure enough, bright and early I heard Ban, Bang, Bang on the front door. I knew who it was without even thinking. Yep, they were standing outside with their hands on their hips, glaring at me. As soon as they were inside, I asked them to have some coffee. I was trying to distract them. It worked for a while. Then they started asking questions. What time did you get home? Who was you with? Don’t you know that for your age (65), you should be in bed. Look yall, for your information I was at midnight bingo. Yea right, you don’t even like bingo. Now, what is your next excuse? |

Several minutes went bye, they realized I was not going to incriminate myself. They stood up and said, “Well since you won’t answer us, we are going home!! Walking them to the front door, I hugged them and told them I appreciated them for caring about me. As I watched Aunt Bossy get in her car, and Aunt Nosey walking down the street to her house, I realized how much I loved them. |
BUT! Guys and Gals, if you should have some aunts like mine, there is only one thing to do. When you see them coming up your sidewalk, lock the door and Run like Hell!!!! |
