| Alligator Gorge |

| After exploring The Terraces, we headed downstream towards a part of the gorge called 'The Narrows'. In this picture we can see the walls starting to close in. Unfortunately there was no more water in this part of the gorge this April, things were very dry. |

| Awkward walking along the rock-strewn floor of the gorge. Although it was so dry, these rocks were evidence of torrential floodwaters cascading down through here in years gone by. |
