| BRADY'S 8th BIRTHDAY |
| Our big surprise for Brady's 8th birthday was a new bike, with gears. It was big, so Helen covered it with a sheet and we spread his other presents around in front of it in the loungeroom. Brady came in in the morning, took one look at everything, said "Well that's a new bike", and proceeded to unwrap everything else before getting to the bike. It's proved to be a huge hit though, even though he looks kinda small on it. He looked kinda big on his old bike though. |

| Brady's birthday was on a Friday, so he got to spend it with his friends at school, which was nice for him. In the evening we had a birthday dinner at Grumpy's (his choice) with all his grandparents, and then came back to our house for birthday cake. |
