Here we are, December, 2003. We live in Overland Park, Kansas(a Kansas City suburb). Do we look retired? We should - Rick was a lawyer, Barbara was a psychiatric
nurse. Now Barbara is a writer, water-colorist, china painter and needle-pointer. Rick is a genealogist, photographer, camera collector, and a computer freak. We're both full-time grandparents, with
six beautiful grandkids
Of course, we looked happy here too, didn't we? 1957 fraternity formal, not married yet, just "pinned"
Barbara is Barbara Jane Pearl, daughter of Frank N. Pearl and Ruth (McDonough) Pearl of Mexico, MO
Rick is Tedrick A. Housh, Jr., son of Tedrick A. Housh and Margaret (Leveridge) Housh, of Kansas City, MO.

And here we are below, over a 60 year span
Barbara the 1942 majorette, wearing little but bubbles in 1957, and now in 2003
Rick, an inveterate gadget guy, in his 1942 toy P-40, Rollei in hand in 1957, and sans toys, with beard, in 2003
Notice chute opening to basement coal bin in foundation wall? Don't see many of those these days
