Welcome to my website, the place where I deposit ramblings and nonsense. I've got poetry here, some of it good, some just so so, and some reportedly very good. I've had 3 poems published, have 2 songs written, and a couple of funny stories, things that have happened to me in the past. So I'm hanging out, playing some basketball and football, doin a bit of bar hopping, trying to write more and survive classes.
I've skipped around on jobs, my last real job was as a pizza guy. Now I'm doing work study at USAO in Chickasha, I get paid to do homework!!! Wohoo! I've moved out of Stillwater and back down to southwest Oklahoma, got an offer that was hard to refuse. Quit paying your own living expenses (rent, bills, etc.) keep good grades, live in our house, and use financial aid to pay for school. So I'm back at it full time at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. In perhaps 2 years I'll graduate with a bachelor's of science in business administration, and a vocal music minor. Damn I forgot how much fun it was to sing in a choir. But, I don't have to work past 5 pm anymore, no more 14 hour days at work, but I am enjoying college for the first time in a long long while. Now, to find a woman!
More about me, aside from my serious mental unbalance...yes, I'm a little off. I sing, often and sometimes even mangage to sing well. My family is quite musical, get the whole family together and we'll take down any choir you can find. Even if it means puttin bourbon in their hot tea :) I am an Okie, only managed to spend a little more than a month out of this state, and I'm fine with it. But it does leave me with abbrieviated words at times. Keeps you all honest, to make sure you're readin everythin I write on this here page.... I like to hang out w/my friends, parties are good, am into music of all kinds (a father who majored in tuba and a mother who was in the same college band can warp a young man's musical direction, or simply cause him to have a musical taste that is frighteningly eclectic), pool - the wet kind and the version involving a table, rugby - football - basketball, watching most sports and participating in the previously mentioned three, computers are good, I read quite a bit, and I'm a damned good napper. If they gave medals for napping, well, lets just say I'd be in contention. For some reason I like watches and pens, wish I had more of each. I like food, and am a pretty good cook. And if you don't believe about the singing, there are clips of two songs I've written on this site, just find em, it's not hard. Also here are some writings, as I said, a semi-true story of the biggest thing I've ever caught when I've gone fishing, and pictures of some messed up shi+ that happened to my dorm room a few years ago. Soon bedtime will arrive, it's almost 5:30 am. Told you I was unbalanced.
