The city is in a state of mourning as news of Lord Peirgieron's death has spread throughout the city.

During the party at the Calagore manor in honor of the arrival of Clan Battlehammer to the city, the Open Lord of the city was murdered in front of 300 guests.

Little is known about who performed the attack, but magic was definitely involved. The assassin escaped before anyone knew exactly what happpened. Rumor has it that the Assassin was a Luskanite sent from the Host Tower, but these allegations have yet to be substantiated.
