Pet Necessity Donation Drive
Let's join forces with Fort Riley by supporting them with Pet Necessity Items for Fort Riley's Stray Facility and Animal Control.Items that we are looking for must be new or in fair to good condition and clean. (NO monetary donations).

1) Pet Carriers for Dogs and Cats
2) Pet Kennels for Dogs and Cats
3) Dog Houses for any size dog
4) Harnesses
5) Leashes
6) Collars
7) Plastic small size pools
8) "Turtle" (sand boxes)
9) Metal buckets or tubs with handles
10)Wood chips or straw

Items are collected to help the newcomers and the new "parents" of dogs or cats on Fort Riley or those already here (E-4's and below) by providing them the
necessities of items whether they are new on post, have just adopted an animal or need the item to be within Fort Riley's pet regulations.

Goals for Fort Riley Pets:
1) To bring down the total number of stray animals
2) To bring down the total number of animal neglect cases.
3) To bring down the total number of animal abuse cases.
4) To inform and bring the communities closer together in providing them with instruction, materials as listed above, education, and informing them of Riley's rules and regulations on post.

Recycle-Having donations brought in from those that no longer have pets or are moving to donate instead of throwing them away.
