Robert Jackson's12-21-2012 Theory
I think there will be a polar shift on 12-21-2012.This is the last day of the mayan calendar. This event occurs every 5,125 years or so.According to a program on the history channel, this is when the sun aligns with the center of the milky way galaxy. This happens about every 26,000 years(about 5 mayan ages).I think this will cause the earth to wobble.I think this would            cause the oceans to fluctuate and causes major flooding throughout the world. The 5,125 year time frame (mayan calendar)coincides to when historians think noah's flood may have of occurred(around 5,125 years ago).                   The ice age ended approximately 10,250 years ago. This coincides with the prior mayan age.              Noah himself may of been aware of a calendar like the mayans(maybe babylonian or egyptian).                    This 5,125 year age must be happening on a constant schedule, this would enable the mayans to map it out on a calendar.                     The hindu's also have a calendar of sorts. They believe the earth has died and been reborn again numerous times.        Another possibility is that there is a asteroid field located in this area of the galaxy for which we are guarateed to be struck by one or more of these asteroids every 5,125 years. This causes a polar shift by tilting the earth. The size of the asteroid or asteriods and where they hit the earth determines the amount of polar shift or maybe just entering a different part of the universe (on this schedule)causes a slight wobble of the Earth for whatever reason.                 I'm not a scientist and I don't have the "credentials" to back up what I'm saying, but I believe the mayans knew what they were talking about and something major is going to happen on or very near this date.I'm not to worried I'll be on high ground. I guess time will tell if this happens or not. Robert(Rob)Jackson 12-02-2006.
