In this lesson, I'll teach you how to jump using chi. It's very easy. First of all try to jump a few times to get the hang of it. Jump as high as you can. Then start running as fast as you can. Use the chi running technique as described earlier. When you are going fast enough, change the chi flow. Instead of letting it boost out of your feet backwards, let it go out of your toes and hit the ground with great force. At the same time, you have to jump up as high as you can. When you are in the air, tuck your knees as far into your chest as possible. Keep them tucked during the whole jump and "untuck" them right before you land. Tucking will bring great momentum. You can also jump in place too, but you wont be able to jump as high or as far unless you use a hell a lot of chi. Running Sensing |
