       We are now moving on up to the good stuff. I will teach you how to use chi for faster running speed. It is very simple if you are able to do all of the previous lessons easily. Control all the chi you want into your feet, knees, and thighs. Know that you want to use the chi for speed. Tell it mentally that its purpose is to make you faster. Start running now. Thrust all the chi from your thighs and knees down to your toes and let the chi burn out of them and accelerate backwards. This will cause a huge thrust of speed. You have to keep up. Do not try to fall or else you will have some bloody body. Keep your balance and run all the way. This is pretty much a speed boost. If you want to keep the speed, you have to be good to do this but, what you have to do is gather more chi through your Dan-Tian while you are running. Let all the chi flow straight into your feet. See, the thing is, you just don't let the chi into your Dan-Tian and wait till it collects. You just let the chi come in like a bullet and flow right into your feet, into the toes, then right out of the toes, and let it boost backwards like before. Keep doing this without stopping and you shall keep your speed.
