Remedy was formed in the fall of 2003 by a close-knit group of musicians who have been friends for many years. They have all played with each other in one band or another in the past. This group of seasoned musicians have over 100 years of combined musical experience. They have excited crowds in small and large clubs, won over the masses at large indoor and outdoor events, and in the process they have shared the stage with world renowned acts ranging from the Georgia Satellites and the Pat Travers Group to Rare Earth and Cheap Trick (just to name a few).
Although they are a rock and roll band, they cannot be categorized or labeled to any one particular genre. Each member has their own musical tastes and influences which they accomodate by bringing it into each set list. This blending of styles and songs has made them very versitile and able to please all audiences. The ability to play classic rock such as Jimi Hendrix through today's rock like Nickelback shows their extreme range. Remedy is definitely a band that can please any rock and roll fan and every crowd. |
