This is the three dimensional version of the "Mask of Justice", which is the title of the painting on the cover of  my new book , "Chainsaw's Justice"

Chris and I started carving this 4' x 4' oak log in late Jan.. 2005, and we are continuing to work on it today this sculpture has evolved from the floating skin-mask and the scales of justice of the painting. In the 3d version the mask is growing out of a local genealogy book but it still appears to be floating,
The mask  of justice is no match for
Chainsaw's Justice, which is  represented
by the chainsaw bar, with chain balance beam, attached to the bowls of the scale of justice. The finial is the Bill of Rights, which is balancing on the four contraband law books that I used to win a wrongful death lawsuit brought again me while I was wrongfully imprisoned for the so-called crime of defending two of my childern in my driveway;  against a drunk, pistol-brandishing pedophile. We had a restraining order against this pedophile, signed by a North Carolina Cheif District Court Judge Robert T Gash, that the local Sheriff refused to enforce. The refusal of the McDowell County Sheriff and his deputies to enforce Judge Gash's restraining order embolded Max Gilliam to try and murder my son Chris and my nephew Dan ( whom my wife and I had raised from a child).

Chainsaw's Justice
is the story of a corruption of our courts by both greedy lawyers and revengeful kinfolk. It's a true story of abuse of power, abuse of an American citizen's rights, and my families struggle to regain my freedom and defend our home.
The mask is balanced on a book of local genealogy, which in turn is resting on an oversized pocketwatch that has started to melt.
