"Garage/space" looking NE is now being used for weight-training and a computer station. This room is separated from the apartment by a 6 inch "fire-wall" with heavy gypsum board on both sides to meet code if it were to be used again as a garage. This space can be easily converted to any use if a lower level garage is not needed

The garage-space is heated and cooled along with the rest of the apartment. The specially insulated and tight fitting garage-door makes this room a weather tight and comfortable room for all activities. The garage door is fully operational with a remote control and wall mounted control
