Styles of Martial Arts
Martial Arts are a good way to increase your character and give him new fighting skills. However, it takes time to learn new skills and martials art so each time you start learning a new style of Martial Arts you must find 10% of your powerlevel and sacrifice it from the power gained in following sessions until you reach that number. You must do the same thing to learn moves from the styles except instead of a percent it is a flat number

Example 1: A Human that knows Kaojin has a powerlevel of 3,000 and wants to learn the move Rapid Punch which has a PL Cost of a 1,000. Since he already has the style needed for it he decides to get it. The next session h trains in he gains 300, all of which he has to sacrifice. The next session he gets 400 all of which he has to sacrifice. He is now 700 towards his goal. The next session he gets 400 again, 300 of which he has to sacrifice, finishing the PL Cost and gaining him Rapid Punch and he gains the 100 left over

Example 2: A Soltari that doesn't know Kaojin has a powerlevel of 20,000 and wants to learn Rapid Punch. Since he does know Kaojin he has an extra cost to learn it which is 10% of his pl which is 2,000. The next session he gains 2,000 which he sacrifices and gains Kaojin as a style. The next session he gains 2,000 which 1,000 is sacrifices to gain rapid punch and the rest he gains.
