Additional Expenses For Monthly Rate:

*7% vat charged on Furniture portion of the Rental.

*Electircity - 5.00 bath/unit(exclude vat 7%) will be charged for every room.

*Cable TV - 1000.00 baht/month(exclude vat 7%) will be charged for every room.

*Water - Studio          - 600.00 baht/month(exclude vat 7%).
             -1,2 Bedroom -1000.00 baht/month(exclude vat 7%).


For Monthly/Yearly Customers:

1)Two months Deposit.

2)One month advance rental + UBC + water.

The above should be paid upfront at the time of check in.

Note:

3)Maid cleaning charges will be extra 3,000 baht/month.The room will be cleaned only twice a week.
