BRIEF CV DELHI SEMINAR MUMBAI CONFERENCE MUMBAI PRESS RELEASE MY PHOTOS IN THE CONFERENCE

brief

I wish to introduce myself as a professional and dynamic individual who has been closely related to the field of labour laws and amelioration of employment laws in the country since a very young age. In the past few years, I have evoked a considerable amount of interest in the field of corporate law due to the National Conference in Mumbai 2003 and also owing to my diploma in International Business Law.  The conferences and the diplomas have developed me into a more mature professional, and galvanizes me to see laws in a wider perspective, that is for instance to say, not only Labour Laws but also the generation of labour, not only Indian corporate laws, but business laws in the global perspective. Diploma in Cyber Laws with 79% also gives me an insight into the otherwise complex arena of technology laws.

Apart from the academic qualifications which I have mentioned in my CV enclosed herewith, I have an experience in organizing high level Govt. and  Non Govt. conferences / seminars/ meets and handling all activities ancillary or incidental thereto. I have acquired considerable work experience with one of the most prestigious MNC’s, law firms, lawyers and other huge private sector companies as well as a respected Govt. non profit organisation working under the Union Law Ministry and patronage of the President & Vice President of India.

My managerial and public speaking skills are well reflected in the hugely successful conferences managed by me - National Conference on Industrial & Corporate Laws, Oct. 13 – 14 2003 Mumbai, and the National Seminar on Trends in Industrial Law in view of Recent Globalisation, 29 March, New Delhi where I played a pivotal role in technical and legal team apart from the organizing committee.  {Kindly click here to view the details of the National Conference, Mumbai 2003 and National Seminar, New Delhi}. Attended by top industries and labour representatives, the NC 2003 was inaugurated by the Governor of Maharashtra and also had the presence of the Union Labour Minister and Chief Minister Maharashtra and other dignitaries. The conference was in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and its South Asia Advisory team, Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry and ASSOCHAM.

On the extra curricular side, I have been repeatedly invited to various group discussions program (We The People) on NDTV (formerly Star News), BBC (Question Hour). A list of my publications are also given in the CV attached herewith. With an average of higher second till the IV year of the prestigious ILS Law College, I aspire to enter into the profession with a blend of sound knowledge and voracious convincing cachet.
