CH.Sagapore Black Gold
This is Niga. Niga was sparingly shown as a youngster due to always being in the shadow of his half brother "Norman". When Norman went to the US Niga took over the reigns of Top Dog in the yard, and boy did he prove to us that he didnt want to take 2nd best.
Niga did extremely well in the ring and with a Best in Show at the Canberra Cocker Spaniel Specialty 2002 he didnt look back for gaining his title with ease.
He was used extensively at stud and is behind numerous solid pedigrees in NSW. Siring over 15 litters within 18 months.
Out and about in August 2001, left Niga a Runner up Best of Breed winner under Sth African judge with a large entry of 29 cockers.

He was a promising producer of good sound pups. His main 2 top progeny is
Ch. Sagapore Texas Tea (Tex) with numerous major wins and his first ever win was baby in Group at the 2004 Toowoomba Royal under a Cocker Spaniel Specialist from Sth Africa, Tex has nearly completed enough points for his Grand Title. His other son
Joey went Best of Breed from Puppy class at the Melbourne Royal but passed away only about a month after this successful win. You can view about him on his own page.
We are extremely proud of Niga's success in the showring and breeding area.
Niga has now retired from show and stud duties and lives on a property in Orange NSW.
