From The Start
Myself at 18 months of age making the news with Blonde Bascilica and Champion Myrella Stardust.
Myself at 10 years of age, again making the newspapers getting
Champion Waratah Winterwind (Smokey) ready to be shown.
Smokey made me the youngest person to ever own a dog outright. (At that time).
Many people have been involved in the world of dog showing for numerous years. I can say I was born with a lead in my mouth!

Being a 3rd generation, I won my first handlers class at the age of 3 competing against older children as handlers were never broken up into age groups at that time.

I never lost a Brisbane Royal Child Handlers, competing from a very young age through to 18 years old. I then went on to win the Ladies Canine Parade Handlers equalling the record of 3 wins.

I became a judge for Gundogs at the age of 16. However, I gave this away in 1984 as in Queensland, judges are not allowed to handle other peoples dogs and my love for handling was stronger.
