  • Competition of Calligraphy comemorating Abdul Majeed Parveern Raqam (1901-1946) organised by Iewan-e-Ilm-o-Fun, Pakistan.
    ON THE OCCASION OF PARVEEN RAQAM'S 100 YEARS CELEBRATIONS.
    Last Date for Submission of Artworks for Calligraphy Competition: 1st of December, 2003.
    Last Date for Submission of Artworks for Calligraphy Exhibition: 15th of December, 2003.
    Style of Calligraphy: Nastaaleeq Lahori (Perveeni)
    Use White or light colour paper.
    Nastaaleeq Khafi (thin): Any Na'at in Urdu Language, Nib: 3/4 mm, Paper/Card Size: 50X35 mm, space for border as minimum as 6 cm.
    Nastaaleeq Jali (bold): Any Verse (She'ar) of Na'at in Urdu Language, Nib: 7/8 mm, Paper/Card Size: 50/70 mm, space for border as minimum as 10 cm.
    Competition of Khattat-e-Mashriq Award: Copy any of 2 artworks of Parveen Raqam, Nib: 7/8 mm, Paper/Card Size: 50/70 mm, space for border as minimum as 10 cm.
    One participant could enter in all of above mentioned competitions.
