Where To Find
Places To Dance
The DC area has a terrific variety of places to enjoy salsa and mambo. Many have no cover, while others charge $5 or $10 or only charge late in the evening. Here we list some popular night clubs and dance studios. Have you been to these?
Tell us about your favorite places -- send e-mail to Admin@SalsaDC.com. E-mail us for reviews, maps and directions.  * Indicates an option for mambo/salsa on 2 dancers.

If you really want to dance, do call places in advance, as some places may not be ideal for a full night of dancing...
- studio may change schedule (Ritmo Cubano (closed 2001 due to fire)),
- restaurant/club may not get a big weekday evening crowd or may close early (Diversite),
- live music may not be suitable for partner dancing or place may not have much room (El Rincon Espanol), or
- the DJ's may play minimal salsa mixed with Latin house music (The Third Floor of Insomnia).

Happy Dancing!
