My graphics are not that kind of "typical" FREEWARE {or public domain}, they are linkware. Which means that all graphics & designs remain to me as creative property and I am only loaning/lending them.
You can make use of my graphics & designs only on your own private & personal homepage websites. You own a commercial website. My apologies, but you cannot make use of my work.
You may not give away my graphics & designs for free, include them in online collections or archives, redistribute or sell them on CD, disk or any other form of publishing.
Remember, if you download ANY graphics from this site, you must agree to the following:
Personal page owners must link back to http://sandesign.homestead.com/ on every page my graphics are used. Do not alter my graphics in any way {exception: adding text to buttons}, do not sell them or include them in any archives, on or off-line.
On every page, you are using my graphics & designs, you have to put a link to my Site using the link button you will find on the right at the bottom of the page on my logo bar - which is also included in all zip files. It should not be on you credits or links-page. You may not use the graphics by linking from my Site. Upload the graphics to your own home page or computer by downloading the Zip file to your computer and unpacking with WIN ZIP and them upload them to your website.
