#0792-10(F): Gina is at her office working on her Gina jeans, when Lily comes in, upset that Rafe is going to marry Lisa. Mason and Julia are at CC's talking about Katrina and Ted's engagement and how she asked Ted to marry her. BJ tries to act normal with Cruz. He very delicately asks if Rachel Ann is her. Mason and Julia discuss the pros and cons of having another baby. At first BJ denies anything happened to her, but she finally opens up to Cruz and tells him it was her Uncle Frank. Cruz reassures her everything will be okay now. He later arranges to meet with Frank at the beach. He tells Frank he knows what he did to BJ when she was 10 years old. Cruz tells him, now what am I going to do to you.

#0792-11(F): Cruz is with Frank as he tries to talk his way out of it. Cruz tells him BJ told him everything. He tries to defend himself by saying how much he loves her. Cruz pushes him down and wants to hear him admit what he did. Jodie is at the station working when Reece comes in. Since they have seperated he is very bitter to her. Sophia and Ken are at the Oasis, when Gina comes up to him with a job offer to work at Gina jeans. Angela tells Warren there is no proof the Rachel Ann exits and she thinks BJ made the whole thing up. Warren defends BJ. Cruz tells Frank he is going to take him to a shrink, then Frank is going to tell Reece and Jodie what he did to BJ. He gives Frank one hour to tell them,or he will. During this time Cruz and Jodie are lured to the abandoned and soon to be demolished slaughterhouse by a gun toting Frank.

Tape#145: Includes:Episodes:#2020 thru 2022(F): Ted is with Angela, who is dressed as a cop, complete with handcuffs. She tells him it is for a costume party she is going to host. He tells he that he and Katrina have choosen a wedding date.As she goes to undress him, Warren comes in calling her name. Jodie is laying on Micha's couch.She tells him she needs to find Sawyer. Sawyer is with Aurora at the police station. He tries to find his parents,but has no luck.Cruz is with Kelly in the hospital when BJ comes to see him.she feels it’s her fault he is there. He tells her because she was so brave and dealt with Frank, she saved him. Warren goes to Angela's bedroom to get his clothes out of the closet, as Ted hides on the shelf. After Warren leaves, Angela seduces Ted and handcuffs him to the bed.

#2021(F): Katrina is at the house with CC and Sophia.Sophia comments that it's been awhile since she has seen her. Katrina makes a flip remark that a lot can happen and she leaves them alone. Sophia then asks CC what she was talking about. He plays dumb to her question. Cruz is getting ready to leave the hospital. Jodie and Reece talk about their kids. Cruz goes home and Kelly helps settle him in. Rafe is there and he mentions he invited the Walkers over. Cruz and Kelly act weird at the idea, now that they know he is BJ's father.

#2022(F): Ted reverses the handcuff act on Angela.She says he got even, now unlock them, but he refuses. He leaves he handcuffed to the bed as she screams she hates him. Julia talks to Mason about Sawyer's case. Aurora comes to see them with a letter for Sawyer. Cruz goes to see Sawyer. He tells him he was also in jail for something he didn't do, but the truth will come out. Cruz meets agent McKay for the first time. Cruz tries to tell him Sawyer is innocent, but he won't budge. BJ tells Warren she loves him, but he says he's her teacher, employer and friend. She tells him she won't lie anymore about her feelings. Warren tells her she needs time to heal. Later, BJ goes to see her brother in jail. Warren goes to Angela's and finds her handcuffed. He jokes and says tell me it was a robbery. As BJ is with Sawyer, so slips him the keys and he escapes.

Tape#144:Includes:Episodes:#0792-12 thru 0792-15(includes 2 Days episodes)(F): Warren is in a dinner in the desert, acting like he is hiding from someone. The waitress remembers him. He's looking for BJ, as Sawyer walks in and he says he feels she is there somewhere. BJ is with Frank,pleading with him to let Cruz and Jodie go before it is too late. He locks her in the room and tells her nobody will hear her scream.She tries to bargain with him, if he saves them he can have anything he wants,even her. Reece finds Cruz and he tries to reach him. Cruz tells him he can't feel his legs.Reece finally reaches him, but the foreman comes over to Kelly and Jodie and tells them they could not stop all the dynamite, as an explosion rocks the building in front of their eyes. Reece and Cruz are pinned under the rubble,but Reece manages to get free and he gets Cruz and carries him out.

#0792-13(F): Gina is with Lionel as he asks her to leave the room so he can prepare her surprise. He locks her in the bathroom as he gets everything ready. Cruz is in the hospital, with a very high fever. He yells he's going to save BJ. Reece, Jodie and Sawyer are standing outside the dinner. Warren is inside there with Frank. He pulls a gun and knocks Warren down and runs out the back door to go get BJ. Reece and Jodie run in, as Sawyer follows Frank. Sawyer catches him and he holds a gun on him as they talk about the past and how "Uncle" Frank wouldn't hurt him. Sawyer loses it and knocks him to the ground and beats him and yells at him for what he did to BJ. Frank is able to reach for the gun after Sawyer stops and the gun goes off.

#0792-14(F): Lionel is at work on Gina jeans in CC's board room,which happens to be where Gina is working now. CC comes in and orders them all out.The phone rings and it's Sophia, but she wants to talk to Ken, which gets CC more mad. Aurora is with her father talking about Sawyer. He wants to send her away to school, but she won't hear of it. Sawyer is at the police station with his parents, recounting the events of the night Frank was killed. He says he heard three shots. Cruz is still delirious with a fever,going crazy over BJ, not knowing she is safe.

#0792-15(F): Cruz is doing better, finally, after having a wild few days. Kelly comes to see him and tells him BJ is home and safe.She also tells him she knows BJ is his daughter. BJ is with Warren at the cabin.she wakes up and starts to smash a glass horse collection that belonged to Frank. Sawyer is being questioned again about the killing. They think he shot Frank, but he proclaims his innocence. BJ calls Cruz and tells him she is safe and with Warren.

Tape#143:Includes:Episodes:#0792-16 thru 0792-19(F): Kelly and Reece are reading Cruz and Jodie's note,not knowing Frank forced them to write them. Jodie is looking at Cruz's leg. She then gives him some aspirin. He's sure Kelly has read the letter by now and knows something is wrong. Jodie thinks it's too late and they are going to die. BJ is at the cabin with Frank. Warren goes to see Reece and tells him about his conversation with Sawyer, who now knows what Frank did to his sister. He tells him about the note BJ let for him and he's concerned that she will try and kill Frank.Angela is at the slaughterhouse, and some protesters are there to stop her. Ted comes to her rescue. Jodie tells Cruz that he is BJ's real father.

#0792-17(F): Gina is taking some clothes out of her closet when she finds Lionel hiding in there.She is still mad at him and despite Lily's attempts, she is unable to get her to forgive him. BJ tries to trick Frank into telling her where Cruz and Jodie are. Jodie tells Cruz about BJ being his daughter. She tries to explain to him why she never told him before. Cruz thinks she made the right choice. BJ walks in the slaughter house and finds Cruz and Jodie there. They tell her about Frank, and she informs them he will let them go,since he promised her he would. Jodie wants to know what Frank is getting for letting them live.

#0792-18(F): Angela learns there is an injunction against her demolishing the slaughterhouse. CC goes to see Gina about her proposal to Ken. Lionel comes to the door dressed in armor. Jodie press BJ to know what Frank will get out of this deal. Finally, she tells them. Cruz and Jodie refuse to allow BJ to go through with her plan. Frank comes in and takes BJ with him. Cruz assures Jodie BJ will be fine. He also vows to track Frank down and make him pay for what he did. As BJ and Frank are drving, she convinces him to stop for gas, and call about letting Cruz and Jodie out. They go to a resturant and he is very jittery being there. Angela calls Warren after BJ calls there regarding her and Warren's"breakfast" date. Warren is trying to figure out what is going on. Jodie is afraid they are going to die there, but Cruz tries to keep her spirits up. Frank tells BJ he knows she lied to him.

#0792-19(F): CC is with the baby when Gina and Lionel come in. CC finally agrees to allow Lionel to adopt the baby.Ted is at Angela's. He cancels a date with Katrina. Angela teases him about doing this and he tells her not to gloat. Kelly and Reece are at the police station worrying about Cruz and Jodie. A homeless man is outside the slaughterhouse and he finds Jodie's ring. Cruz is getting weaker and passes out.Jodie yells at him to stay awake. A cop finds the homeless man and tries to get him to leave,so he argues with the cop and he arrests him. He takes him to the station and Reece sees Jodies' ring. He heads to the slaughterhouse. Jodie hears him at the door and he tells her he's going to get them out. He reaches under the door and gets her out,but Cruz is too weak to reach his hand. Jodie tells Kelly Reece is still there with Cruz, as they are waiting the building explodes.

Tape#146:Includes:Epsiodes:#792-20 thru 0792-22(includes 2 Days episodes)(F): Gina is with Lily at the Oasis. She talks about marrying Lionel and how happy she is. Kelly is detaining Agent McKay, and he knows she is up to something. Cruz goes back to the desert hotel where Frank was holding BJ. He smells the soap and starts to figure out BJ killed Frank. Jodie is talking with Micha, who tries to get her to convince Sawyer to turn himself in. Warren takes BJ to see the shrink, Skylar. He's trying to help her to cope with what has happened to her throughout the years. Reece has followed Cruz and wants to know what is going on. Cruz dodges his questions. He later gets the dress BJ wore that night. He plans to run test to see if it has any gun powder on it. He finds gunpowder residue and knows BJ killed him, but she is repressing the memory. BJ and Warren spend the night at Skylar's retreat.After having some herbal tea, they both have dreams of kissing and making love.

#0792-21(F): Jodie and Reece are getting ready to attend the thearpy session with BJ. Cruz is with Kelly looking at BJ's dress, he's torn about what to do,it's evidence,but it's his daughter. BJ tells Warren about the mystical dream she had, he tells her he also had a similar experience. Sawyer and Aurora meet up with some Amish people who offer them shelter and food. Cruz joins BJ's session. Julia tries to cheer up Mason over his low sperm count. Cruz asks Skylar about the possibility that BJ is blocking out certain events. Skylar says it's possible and she'll remember when she's ready to cope with it. That's all Cruz needed to know. He tells Kelly he can't play by the rules this time and starts a fire and burns the dress. He says he's going to take the fall for BJ.

#0792-22(F): Mason and Julia are working on his problem with a low sperm count. Katrina and Ted are playing scramble and they talk about their wedding. She tells him she wants a real one,not like the last one with Warren and Angela. BJ and Warren talk about her starting to feel better since she has been seeing Skylar. Cruz says he is going to take the fall for BJ to give her the time she needs to remember. Kelly tries to get him to think of what this will do to Chip and Adriana. He tells her he appreciates her looking out for them, but he thinks she is more worried about herself and he storms out. He later comes back and says he has no choice he has to help his daughter.

Tape133:Includes:Episodes:#0392-7 thru 0392-11(F): Mason and Julia are in their new house, where she is looking at a ring that looks exactly like the one in the painting. Cruz is in his office as Boswell teases him about dancing with Kelly on the side of the road. Cassie and Angela argue about Lionel being poisoned,Angela knows it was meant for her and not Lionel. Warren refuses to leave Lionel's side. Kelly asks Ted if he knows anyone with a 66 Mustang. Mason comes in and they talk about the situation with CC and Santana. Lionel starts to react to the antidote,and Warren is relieved.

#0392-8(F): Kelly is standing outside Cruz's hotel room door when she hears what she belives is someone holding a gun on Cruz. It turns out he is a fellow cop and they are playing a game of cards. Mason and Julia are talking about Samantha and that she has a ring similar to the one in the painting. He teases that they have a ghost living in their house. Ted and Katrina go for a walk on the beach. She plans to go for a swim as someone is watching from behind the bushes. Warren questions Angela about her locket with the picture of her sister. Ted can't believe what he sees, Katrina is skinny dipping and he joins her. Turns out Lily is the one watching them and she steals their clothes. Angela tells Warren about the night her sister died.

#0392-9(F): Rafe is at the Windsurfer when Lily comes in there looking for a job. She finds a note on her table that belongs to him. She is not too take with him. Warren is talking to Santana about signing at the high school reunion. Kelly finds an aquamarine 66 Mustang for Cruz, turns out it is his orginal car. Rafel goes to see Cruz and tells him about the existence of his new brother, Rafe. Lily gets the job, and her first customer is a tough looking hood, who is looking for the girl taking with Rafe. He later finds them kissing on the beach. Rafe knows he is trouble and tells the girl, Tayna, to run. He is knifed as the guy goes to look for his wife. Rafe returns to the Windsurfer, and picks up an apron to stop the bleeding. When he goes to leave,Lily follows him. Warren is at Angela's rehearsing. Lily follows Rafe to the beach. Shots ring out as Lily sees Rafe standing over the lifeless body of the gun who was looking for him.

#0392-10(F): Julia finds the lace choker from the picture as Mason calls. She mentions the choker, and he says he didn't put it in her box. As everyone gets ready for the dinner from hell at Minx's, Warren and Angela are admiring her table. Cassie comes in and Angela warns her she is going to be on the watch of her. Cruz is trying to calm down his father about meeting his other son for the first time. He then gets a call about gunshots at the beach. Lily comes out from the bushes and thinks Rafe killed that guy. He stops her from running away. He gets in her car and forces her to drive him away. Mason and Julia show up at Minx for her dinner party. Rafe forces Lily to go to her house,which happens to be Gina's. Rafel calls there and Lily calls him mom, this tips off Cruz and when he gets there he meets his new half brother,Rafe.

#0392-11(F):Mason and Julia are in Minx bedroom when they see the painting there. Minx knows the girl in the painting. Her name was Abagail. Warren and David both want to check on Julia's screams, when she and Mason come in with the painting. Rafe tells Cruz this is not how he wanted to meet him and his father. Lily tells Cruz what she saw on the beach. Minx explains how she seen the painting at Angela's gallery and bought it. She then tells them the story of Abby. Cruz brings Rafe to the hospital. Rafe tells Cruz he didn't kill that guy, Vargas. He thinks his wife,Tayna killed him and is trying to set up Rafe for it. He tells Cruz to do his job, he has nothing to fear from the truth.

Tape#135:Includes:Episodes:#0392-12 thru 0392-16(F): Angela and Warren are talking about his rehersal with the love Junkies. Cruz talks with Julia about the charges against Rafe. Lily is upset about what Rafe has done to her life. Rafe is at Cruz's house when Kelly comes in from the other room and wants to know who he is. He introduces himself to her and the kids.They are all playing cards when Cruz comes in with Julia and he yells at Rafe. Warren is about to cancel the gig, when the other members of the group show up. Cruz gets a string mop, dressed in glasses and a dress. It is from his buddy Reece.Cruz explains that Reece took a mop to the prom, since he and Jodie were on the outs. Rafe promises Cruz he'll stay in the house and away from Lily, but he later shows up under her window,playing the guitar.

#0392-13(F): Sophia goes to Cruz's looking for Kelly, but she's not there, only Rafel. She's curious about the 66 Mustang parked in her garage. Cruz and Kelly are at a cabin, cleaning it for Reece to stay in.Seems Reeces' father,Cruz and Reece built it. Warren and Santana are at the gym, talking about their high school years.Cassie is hiding in the projector room, and has a surprise in store for Angela. As Warren is brushing his teeth, he imagines himself signing naked, and he starts to get jitters. Later, Cruz is dressed in a pale blue tux,very retro.Kelly goes to pick him up in the 66 Mustang.When she goes inside, someone is looking at the Mustang. When she comes out to show it to Cruz, the person takes off with the car.

#0392-14(F): Cassie puts the projector on with the slide of Angela and her dead sister. Warren is worried nobody will show up. CC gives Santana a ring and asks her to marry him. Kelly yells at Cruz to do something,and he takes off after the crock.Cruz catches him and it turns out to be his buddy Reece. Kelly, not knowing who he is, jumps on his back to stop him.When Cruz tells her who he is, she kicks him in the leg,as Cruz laughs. Jodie is in her hotel room reading some of Cruz's letters. She then decides to go to the reunion. Warren and his band perform and he's a big hit. Angela is summoned to the projector room with Warren, as Cassie starts the projector. Cruz is crowned the king,again, as they go to say the queen could not make it, Jodie makes her grand entrance.

#0392-15(F): Cruz and Jodie share the king and queen dance, as Reece watches with Sawyer.Lily has locked Katrina in the broom closet as Rafe as seen her. He tells Lily not to testify against him, and he'll forget what he saw with the blonde. Cassie yells at Angela to tell Warren the truth.Cruz introduces Jodie to Kelly. Boswell is also there and tells Cruz his good news, he was appointed to captain. As Cassie is belittling Angela, David and Minx walk in.Minx tells Cassie to stop, but Angela tells her to go ahead and finish. David steps in and Angela tells the rest of them what really happened. It was a tragic accident, but Cassie keeps yelling she's a murderer.

#0392-16(F): Kelly watches as Cruz,Reece and Jodie are asleep in the cabin. She walks over to the door and opens it. Cruz is awakened from the sunlight. Julia is tossing in bed, as Mason lights a candle and plays some soft music. She wants to go back to sleep, but he won't let her. Angela is sleepwaking and hears a sound and calls out Marilyn and she won't leave her this time.She yells to grab her hand, and she knocks over a flower pot,which wakes up Warren. He grabs her before she goes over the balcony wall.He tells her it was an accident what happened to her sister and to let it go. Seems the ghost in Julia and Mason's new house will not allow them to make love. Later, Kelly is skinny dipping in the lake, as Cruz and Reece are watching her. Jodie comes across them and says they look like a couple of dirty old men. When Cruz refuses to join her,Kelly hides in the water to get him to come in and look for her.
