#1-A(E): Cruz is working on the oil rig fire. When he gets to CC's house he sees an old friend, Santana. He comments her on looking so good before he collapses at her feet. Cruz is recovering at CC's house. He asks Santana to find him a place to live,near the water. Cruz and Santana on his new houseboat. He asks he to decorate it for him. She'll do it if he teaches her to ride horses. Cruz talks with Santana about the connection between Dr. Rameriez , the doctor the delivered her baby and CC Capwell. She wants him to drop it. Eden is on the plane,coming home for CC's birthday. She's drinking champagne with the pilot ,before she parachutes out. Cruz at CC's birthday party. Eden arrives and tells Kelly,Ted and CC how she landed on the Lockridge property. The plane is her birthday present for her father. Kelly introduces Eden to Peter Flint, her current fiancee and then to Cruz Castillo. He says" Eden is it"? Yes she says, " I read what you did with the oil rig fire, very impressive". He says he tries to do something impressive everyday, but he has not got around to jumping out of a plane yet. When Cruz goes to leave, Eden follows him out and says "Mr Castillo" He says "Yes Ms Capwell?" She asks why he is still here,since she thought he was only there to put out the oil rig fire. He ask why she picked now to come for a visit. She informs him she is here to stay. He says he is too. She threatens to blow his cover when he comes by to see CC. He warns her not to say anything about their past connection, it's a matter of life and death, hers too. Eden is with Cruz driving when she thinks of the first time she saw him in the stables. He tells her that was not the first time she saw him, and he tells her how he used to watch her in the window. Eden with Lionel at Sophia's "grave" when the Santa Barbara earthquake hits. Eden yelling at Cruz to use his connections to find Kelly. Eden helping a little boy whose parents were lost in the earthquake. Working on the Amanda Lockridge. Cruz and Eden in the museum reading the log diaries. Cruz in Eden's office wanting back the slides she stole from him.After Cruz "steals" the slides back, Eden goes to his houseboat and demands he return them to her. Agreeing to work together, forming the "Unholy Alliance". Cruz and Eden planning to dive for the Amanda Lockridge emerald. Cruz carrying Eden in, after she almost drowns. They share their first real kiss. Cruz and Eden finding a desk that was on the ship. Cruz chops it up, but there is no map. Cruz and Eden working on finding the emerald. Eden mentions the carnation killer. They go to Summer Blake(Gina's sister) funeral, where Cliff Monore approaches Cruz about helping the police catch the killer.. Cruz later tells Eden he was going to be a cop. Kelly and Eden are at the Bistro talking about an interview Kelly has with this magazine reporter named Suzanne Carlie(AKA Sophia). Kelly gets a message from Joe to go pick up some tools for him that he needs from his locker at the warehouse. Eden goes in her place and is grabbed by the carnation killer. He thinks she is Kelly. Cruz learning Eden was the latest victim and he agrees to help the police on the case. He later finds Eden in cold springs cannon. Eden learning Suzanne is really Sophia. Cruz and Eden at Kelly and Joe's wedding.Dancing at the reception. She tells Cruz about Sophia being alive. Learning Kelly is missing and Peter has her. Cruz, Eden and Joe looking for Kelly. Joe finds Kelly. Cruz and Eden on the houseboat, making love for the first time. Learning Peter is still alive and coming back for Kelly. Peter is holding Amy Perkins among others hostage. Joe helps to get the others free, but not himself. Later Cruz breaks in, but not before Joe and Peter have a struggle and Joe doe out the window. Cruz shoots Peter and he dies. Joe dies at the hospital after telling Kelly to go on with her life. Eden talking with Cruz about her plans for the Orient Express resturant. Eden, Kelly and Ted meet with Sophia. Eden and Warren argue about Sophia and Lionel. After Sophia and Eden have words about Lionel in front of Cruz, he is jealous of her description of Lionel. He says he's twice our age.she comments back that you would never know it. Cruz wants to know exactly what happened between them. He threatens to give her a "wallop" if she doesn't tell him. She tells him she and Lionel never had anything going on.As they are kissing they find the entrance to the secret tunnel. Eden and Cruz are on his houseboat when the phone rings and she answers it" Inspector Castillo's floating pleasure palace". Turns out the person is Cruz's mother, who is not amused with Eden's sense of humor. Eden meets with CC and he agrees to let her open the Orient Express on top of the Capwell hotel. Eden and Carmen(Cruz's mother) meet and they don't hit it off well. Cruz finds Eden at the hotel and he chases her on the elevator. She admits she loves him too as the doors open and she gets off.He yells "If you love me then marry me Eden", as everyone ,including CC looks on.

#2-a(E): Eden and Cruz are standing in the lobby after he proposes on the elevator. They talk about what to do next,when Eden says "carry you, why would I want to carry you" They then go back to the houseboat. They argue about her avoiding the subject and she then tells him CC is going to let her do the restaurant, so she will not need him as a partner after all. She then asks him to drive her to the French film festival. While they are they he tries to propose again. The people yell at them to shut up, so Eden gets mad and runs to the beach. Cruz follows her there and he tells her this problem she has is due to her mother and what she did. They argue and he leaves. She stays behind and kicks a rock. Marcello has been watching them since the hotel incident and followed Eden to the beach. He offers to help her with the pain in her foot by hypnotizing her. She pretends to let him to see what he is up to. She later sees Cruz at CC's and they make up. They go down to the secret tunnel and as Cruz is kissing her, she asks him what he knows about hypnotizes, explaining what occurred with Marcello earlier. She wants to meet with Marcello and Cruz wants to be there,but she tells him she needs to see him alone. She meets with Marcello and gives him CC's silver star,which he asked her to get him. After he leaves she remembers the first time she saw Sophia in Europe with him and how he hypnotized her then. Cruz and Eden meet for lunch and they discuss Marcello,again. She tells him how she let him think she was under his spell.Cruz warns her about playing these kind of games. Eden talks with CC about her relationship with Cruz. Eden shows Cruz the construction site of the soon to be Orient Express. Cruz wants to christen it like they did with the houseboat. They then make love and cut the red ribbon. Marcello goes there after Cruz leaves to return the files Eden gave him. He tells her he knows she was pretending the last time and that can be dangerous. They argue and she tells him to get out of their lifes. He tells her he was checking out CC because Armonti wants to create a merger with Capwell enterprises.She tells him she doesn't see the connection between her father's war records and a merger. Cruz comes in and interrupts their conversation. She tells Cruz what Marcello told her about the merger, but Cruz doesn't buy it either. They talk and he's worried about her getting an executive position at Capwell and she'll leave him. He tells her "you can turn a Capwell into a Castillo, but you can't turn a Castillo into a Capwell". She tells him he is the most important thing in her life, and if she does become head of Capwell Enterprises, she still wants what they have. He gets a phone call about Peter's confession letter about killing Channing Jr. Seems someone else wrote that part, and Peter is not the real killer after all. While they are on the houseboat, the information about Marcello comes in.He was an orphan and he was born Hans Ryker and he was adopted by the Armonti family when he was 5 years old. He came to the US 16 years ago and went to Santa Barbara. Eden goes to see Marcello and he gives her a copy of the proposed merger. She questions him about being there 16 years ago. He says it was as a tourist. She finds it odd that at the same time Sophia disappeared. Eden goes to see Sophia and arranges for Marcello to be there. She tells Sophia about his past and he tells her how he found her and took her away.She had no idea any of this happened. Eden tells CC about the merger and that she would like to handle it. Marcello asks Eden to go to Los Angeles with him to meet some of the executives of Armonti. She tells Cruz of her lunch plans with Marcello and he is very jealous. After she leaves, Cruz takes out an engagement ring and looks at it. Later Eden returns to find Cruz waiting for her. He wants her to admit she loves him and not take it back.He tells her he needs to know where they stand. Once they return to the houseboat she puts on a black nightgown she got from Armonti. He tells her to take it off, since to him, it represents what he is not. The next day they have a argument about not trusting each other, him not trusting her to tell her he is investigating Channing Jr's death again. Later, Cruz sees Eden at the house and they go to the den for privacy. He says" why don't we take a shot at this, the cop and the lady executive" and he hands her a box with the ring in it. Before she can open it he sees the the desk draw is open and the gun is missing. He's distracted by this and she gets mad and throws the box back at him. Eden talks to CC about the merger and he doesn't want it. He tells her he wants to pass the company on to Brandon.She asks what about her,Kelly and Ted. Cruz is listening as she tells CC this doesn't make sense.CC invites them to attend his wedding to Gina, today. She tells Cruz how it hurts that her father has chosen a six year old boy over her. He feels bad, but he can't tell her the truth. Eden tells CC she is going back to Europe. Cruz is forced to tell Eden that Brandon is Channing and Santana's son. Gina and CC finally get married.Cruz and Eden return to the house boat where she rants about what her father has done. Cruz jokes with her and calls her "horse flesh"and says "I think you'll do for a wife" and he asks her again to marry him. Later when Eden thinks Cruz is asleep, she opens the box and puts on the ring as Cruz watches her. When she notices, she takes it off. He asks why. He tells her she is scared to death. She's afraid it'll ruin everything. She tells him she loves him and she always will, but she can't marry him. Cruz says he won't take no for an answer. Eden slips about the truth to Gina during an argument. When Cruz finds out he is upset, he told her in confidence.He tells her she is selfish, and inmature.Well, she "flushes" the ring down the toliet, as a shocked Cruz looks on.After returning from Bermuda to bring Kelly home, Eden goes back to the houseboat and returns the ring into the box before Cruz can see it's back and not gone. Cruz comes in and asks what she is doing.She says she brought some clothes so she doesn't have to keep running home for them. Sophia comes by to see the files on Marcello,so Cruz goes in the bathroom with the ring box to give Eden and her some time alone. After Sophia leaves, he tells her he was going to keep the box, but why bother and he throws it overboard. Eden tells him to get it, the ring was in there,she never flushed it, but he won't budge,so she jumps in the water to get it herself, unaware he took it out. She comes back in with the empty box, until Cruz admits what he did. They then kiss and make up. He later tells her that Peter didn't kill her brother and the real killer is still out there somewhere. Eden goes to the house to learn the tunnel has caved in with Cruz inside there. Eden, Lionel and Warren rescue Cruz, Santana and Augusta. Later Eden decides she will not lose Cruz. She leaves him notes to follow,leading him to a clearing in the woods where they both propose to each other in a romantic setting. Eden tells CC she and Cruz are engaged. She and Cruz set a date, May 20^th for their wedding at the Orient Express. Eden is working on the opening of the O/E. Cruz and Eden dancing at the grand opening of the O/E. There is a woman there who is after Kelly.She falls through the skylight at the O/E and is killed before she can hurt Kelly. Eden asks Cruz if they should postpone the wedding after what happened. Eden answers questions at the press conference and tells them she and Cruz are still going to be married there. Eden is holding her wedding dress in the mirror when Cruz comes in.She's worried about bad luck, and he tells her she worries too much.The morning of the wedding has arrived. Cruz jokes with Eden and says good morning Mrs Castillo.She says the only Mrs. Castillo will be his mother, she agrees to be Mrs. Castillo when they go to Mexico. They argue and she says how about separate honeymoons, maybe separate weddings as well. They are both nervous, as she storms in the bathroom to get ready. Later, Sophia gives Eden something old and something new.As they are talking, Nick sneaks in and snaps their picture.

#3a(E): Eden is preparing for her wedding at the Orient Express.Cruz's mother doesn't think it's good luck for them to see each other before the cermony.Ted says they don't do things by the book, that's what makes them interesting.Nick is looking for the ring, since he can't remember where he put it. Eden is a basket case, since Kelly,CC and Cruz are all missing in action.She is about to call it off, when Cruz shows up.Nick finally finds the ring. Cruz takes his place with Nick as the cermony begins. As Eden gets there, he says I thought you would never get here.Thanks Mr. C. She says don't thank him,thank me. As the minister says her full name,Eden Tyler Capwell, Cruz whispers, that's your middle name. Before they can finish, Marcello comes in and yells the hotel is on fire and he collapes. Cruz tries to keep everyone calm as he works on getting them out. Eden tells Cruz she doesn't want to lose him. They exchange rings, even though they didn't finish the cermony. He tells her he is going to make an honest woman of her yet. Cruz helps everyone get out.Cruz then comes out with CC as Marcello is laying on the stretcher. He whispers something in Cruz's ear about the real killer. Cruz won't tell anyone what he told him..Later they are at the house and they find an empty room and he tells her he needs to bring the killer to justice. Eden and Cruz are at the houseboat, they discuss him not telling her what Marcello said.After they leave the houseboat,Marcello, who has escaped from the hospital, trashes the houseboat. Eden walks in and she sees Channings' file is missing. Cruz calls and tells her what is going on and to leave there now. Before she can go, Marcello comes out, they argue and he pushes her down.Cruz comes back and finds her there, but she is alright. Cruz is writing the invitations to the re-creation of the party the night Channing was killed. He sends a messenger to deliver them. He needs to rest he tells Eden,and while he is sleeping he talks in his sleep about Channing. Eden grabs the tape recorder and tapes him. She later tells him and he is not happy to learn what she has done. The party has begun and everyone is told to do exactly what they were doing that night. Cruz has Channings diaries and he is reading from it. As the events unfold, Marcello confesses he killed Channing to get back at CC for his parents death.Cruz is suspicious and finally Marcello tells the truth that he found "Dominic" there with Joe and knew it was too much for her to handle,so he took her to the sanitarium. Cruz asks everyone to clear the area, and Sophia continues to remember,until she remembers that she,not Marcello , killed Channing Jr., thinking he was Lionel, who was suppose to be there. She tells them she didn't know the gun was loaded, she only wanted to scare Lionel. Eden crawls on the floor to Sophia and she begs her not to leave them again. Kelly and Ted join Eden as Cruz looks on. Marcello says he would of done anything to protect Sophia, since she was like a mother to him. He tells them how he found her kneeling over Channings body and how he took her to the asylum in Alaska. CC admits he put the bullets in the gun,not knowing anyone was going to try and use it. Cruz debates what to do next..Marcello is arrested for the tunnel explosion for starters..Cruz has not decided what he is going to do at this point about Sophia. Cruz places a cop outside the guesthouse, where Sophia is staying. Eden asks if he's afraid she will try and escape. He asks Eden to go back to the houseboat with him. While they are there, the DA comes by and wants to know what is going on with the Channing case. Cruz says he'll let him know the next day. Eden and Cruz are laying in bed, when he wants to discuss their wedding, the next day. She wants to know what he's going to do about Sophia, but he says he doesn't know yet. She thinks he's going to do the right thing and arrest her. She says she won't stay there and watch,and she goes to be with her family,where she belongs. She goes to see Sophia,who is afraid to go to sleep. Eden stays with her, as Cruz spends the night alone, debating his next move.

#4a(E): Cruz goes to the guesthouse,and Eden opens the door.she runs into his arms,until he says he still hasn't decided what to do. Later Eden and Sophia are at Channing Jr.'s grave as Cruz watches them. He then tells her he has no choice but to arrest her. Eden slaps him and says she'll never forgive him for this. CC arranges for her bail. Cruz goes to the house to talk to Eden, but she won't listen to him. She goes to the houseboat to get her things, thinking Cruz is not there,but he is and he tries to explain to her why he did what he did. But she says she'll come back for her things later, and she never wants to see him again. When she comes back, she finds him asleep,and she throws the keys at him.She goes to separate their records and he grabs her and kisses her. They argue again, and she storms out. CC tells Eden he is making her the VP of the hotels.She later has to call Cruz about the jewel thefts at the hotel. Cruz makes up a lame excuse about needing to inspect the room with the owner present.As he is drinking a glass of water,she drops the ring in the glass. Later Kelly seems to be missing, again and Eden calls Cruz to help find her. He finds Kelly's car parked behind Nick's, but neither of them is there.They get a lead that Kelly and Nick were talking with Jack Lee.After talking with him ,they head to Nick's apartment, where Eden finds a piece of material that matches Kelly's blouse. They go back to the houseboat and argue about Nick. Later at the house Nick tries to call,but the connection is bad. He then calls the houseboat and leaves a message, but it's baffled and it seems like he kidnapped Kelly. They then head to the small town the call was made from and talk to the local sheriff. They find an old abandoned motel where Kelly and Nick were at. They argue about her coming alone,when she finds a picture of Kelly and a note saying they want $5 million. They trace where the call was made from and question a couple there, but they deny seeing anyone. Cruz and Eden then go back to the motel.He tells her they are staying there until the morning. They argue about where he is going to sleep, and he says right there. They lay down next to each other.He comments if the fire started a couple of minutes later they would have been married. She says no they would be divorced, since he would of still arrested her mother. The couple they talked to comes there and admits they lied, and that Nick called from their place. They tell Cruz and Eden Nick was headed for a silo . They get there and Eden is looking at some of Cruz's stuff when he yells at her not to touch anything. One thing leads to another, and he kisses her. She tells him not to do that again. He says she wanted it too, but she claims it was reflex. They argue about Sophia again and he says"okay, I break the law now come here, I need to hold you baby" She says"that's too bad" He asks her not to shut him out and he loves her. They argue some more and she says she is going home.Once she is home she tells Sophia all they did was fight.Sophia tells her she still loves him ,and Eden admits it, and she doesn't know how to handle it. Cruz comes back to get some reinforcements. Eden gets a call the Nell Carter has checked in the hotel and she refuses to put her jewels in the hotel safe. Eden and Cruz get locked in Nell Carters' bathroom at the Capwell hotel. They bicker some more while the jewel thief breaks in. They finally get out to discover she was robbed. Warren gets a note at the paper saying a donation was made in that room number to charity signed, Robin Hood. Cruz is at the houseboat cleaning, when he comes across some of Eden's things. He goes to call her, but stops himself. She is tempted to call him, but also stops herself. She gets a call there was another robbery, so she calls Cruz, who informs her, it's his day off and to call the station and he hangs up. He says she won't let me get away with this. She goes there and tells him he has a lot of nerve. He says it’s his day off, and she tells him he sounds like a cab driver.He tells her he has a private life, which he intends to start living.She sees her stuff and picks it up, before she leaves, she says have a nice day inspector. Eden goes to see Mason to get him to convince Sophia not to plead guilty, Cruz is standing there and is there for the same reason. Cruz asks her how much longer she is going to keep this wall up between them. Eden and Cruz are both ordering breakfast, sitting back to back when the DA comes in and talks to Cruz about Sophia's case. Eden take Cruz's dish and dumps it on the DA's lap and tells him when he dies, she hopes he goes straight to hell. Cruz gets a call about Christy DuVall being raped, and she is accusing Ted of doing it.. Eden calls CC to tell him Ted was arrested but before she can tell him, he tells her Kelly was found and she's safe. Cruz and Eden are in his car going to get Kelly when he pulls over and they talk, he tells her this boy has been missing you,and she says she's missed him too. Eden is at the O/E auditioning singers.Seems she went to school with this one guy, Randall and he is pretty good. Later Eden goes to the houseboat and finds Cruz with Santana. She uses his phone and calls Randall and tells him he has the job. Cruz is behind her touching her hair and signing the same song"It's a little bit funny…." She hangs up and he says hi baby.she says that was a business call. He says it was a make Cruz jealous call. She walks out and goes back to the O/E. Later Cruz and Eden both get invitations to dinner from CC. Cruz arrives on crutches from an accident on the houseboat.CC then leaves them alone. She asks how he hurt his foot, and he tells her he was looking for her engagement ring in his closet. They sit and look at each other, then Eden gets up and kneels before him and looks at him. He kisses her hand and says hi and hugs her. Later, Eden goes to the houseboat and Cruz wakes up and looks at her. She goes to the bed and kneels down and they kiss.They then make up. Finally. She tells him she finally understands what he did and why. Eden is with Sophia when Cruz goes there to see her. She tells him she missed him. Sophia asks if they are engaged again? Cruz says I don't know what do you think,pal? Eden Says they want to resolve their differences before they get married. They work out their problems and then Cruz proposes to her again, on one knee.She gleems and says oh yes. Later, Cruz and Eden visit CC. He tells her he may have a massive stroke at any time, and if he does,he doesn't want to be kept alive by machines, and he makes her promise she won't let that happen. At the courthouse for Ted's trail, Eden tells Cruz how she feels about her father. He comforts her and offers her support. Later Ted is found not guilty, so the family plans a celebration at the Orient Express. Cruz goes to pick up Eden at the house and he shows her a picture of himself as a child, so she will have an idea what their kids will look like he says. After they are at the O/E for a little while, Cruz tells her he needs some attention or he willl burst.She tries to get one of the guest to "accidentally" spill his drink on her so she can leave, but it backfires. Later with Sophia sitting with them she says she has to go home and change her dress, it all wet, and she spills the drink on herself. The next morning Eden is on a ladder on the houseboat painting it red, the only color he had. He wakes up and says he thought she hated tolive here and wouldn't, she tells him she changed her mind. CC is worse and tells Eden he doesn't have much time left. He tells her about Sophia lying to them all these years and that Channing is not his son, he's Lionel's son. He tells her not to trust anyone, except Cruz. Later at the hospital, the doctor says CC suffered a massive stroke, and it doesn't look good. Eden talks to Cruz about handling the business dealings. He reassures her she can do it. Later after Eden visits CC, she sees Cruz there and tells him she wants to give her father a grandchild. Cruz is left speechless. Later on the houseboat Cruz is listening to Eden's numerous messages on the machine.As he makes a joke about her, she pulls him in the bathroom door. When Cruz wakes up to look for Eden, he finds her asleep outside the door. She tells him she wanted to watch the sunrise. Eden is with Mason arguing about him wearing their fathers' robe and trying to take over. He plans to sleep in the fountain.Cruz comes and tells her to leave this loonely-bin and go back to the houseboat with him. When they get back there she rants about Mason. He asks her to get the ring off the shelf in the closet for him. That is what he was doing the night he hurt his leg. He wants her to wear it, but she doesn't feel right with her father sick. He says it can be a secret engagement.At a meeting to discuss business, Mason tries to blackmail Eden into appointing him acting President and CEO, but she adjorns the meeting. Cruz takes her out on the Capwell yacht to relax a bit. She finds five pounds of butter in a bag and asks him what is going on. He tells her he likes a lot of melted butter on his lobster. She asks how they are going to get these lobsters, and he tells her this wild story about an uncle of his who is in the business and taught him the tricks of the trade. Later, while Eden is asleep, Cruz sneaks up on the bed with a lobster and puts it near her and goes beep-beep. He tells her to get the water ready. After discussing who is going to cook this live creature, she notices it is a Maine lobster. He tells her she bought the whole story about his uncle. They sit down and eat and she says she feels like she is covered in butter. He goes to take care of that and kisses her and says it taste better on her. He says they need to save room for desert and he clears the table and lays her down on it and kisses her. Later they are looking up at the stars not wanting to go back. They then travel to Saint Michael's island to relax.

#5a(E): Eden is on the company plane, flying to Hawaii on the Walton hotel merger.She encounters Kirk for the first time. He tells her he is there in Jack Lee's place. Eden talks with Cruz on the phone, putting him to sleep long distance. When Eden returns to the housboat she tries to warn Cruz she is not alone, but he grabs her and hugs her. Kirk then comes to the door and introduces himself to Cruz. Cruz says oh you’re the gentleman Eden was refrering to, well, Aloha, as in good-bye and he closes the door in his face. Eden asks Cruz about CC and he says he's the same.After going to see CC Eden has a dream about him. She tells Cruz CC was asking her to let him die. Cruz wakes up and Eden is gone. He calls the house and she is there with her father, but she doesn't know how she got there. He tells her he is on his way there. She goes to run out and Kirk is at the door.She falls into his arms, upset by her fathers' condition. She apologizes to him,but he says it's okay and he was glad he was there for her. Cruz tells her she needs to stay away from his room. She keeps going on about the dreaming, him asking her to help him end his pain. Cruz tells her she is tired and needs to sleep. He tells her it is not her decision to make. Later Kirk is arguing with Eden about not to sell a stock. She tells him she is doing what her father would want her to do. She threatens to fire him and he says she needs him and not as an advisor either She tells him he's fired, and ask Cruz to show him out. Later, Eden sneaks up on Cruz at the beachbar, wearing a new swimsuit she wants to try out.They go down to the beach and she pours water on him.As she is sleeping he makes a sand sculpture of her. They kiss and drink champagne. When they go back to the houseboat they discuss CC again. She tells him she keeps hearing him say to let him die.Cruz says it's up to God not her or her father to decide, and it was wrong of him to put her in that position. Later at the house, Gina drugs Eden's drink and she first acts weird then passes out. Gina takes pictures of Eden to hold over her head. She has another dream, in this one she pulled the plug. She tells Cruz she's afraid to go to sleep. She later fights with Gina to get the pictures from her. She pushes the scaffolding and a bucket of cement falls on Gina's head as the pictures are now ruined, Eden is with Cruz at the police station as he gets his badge back. He asks her to pin it on him. She then asks him to marry her before he gets in more trouble.She says they can talk about the details at the party she is giving him at the O/E Later at the houseboat, Eden questions Cruz about this secret he has that he is hiding from her. He won't give her any hints. He pulls out a chain and wraps it around his neck, joking this was what he wore in the 60's. He says he has it to keep them chained together. She tells him if she ever becomes a grown up it will be because of him. He runs to the bathroom and looks in the mirror,and says she made him turn red.As they are in there, his cooking burns. Eden is taking a bubblebath as Kirk is in the other room. She is still thinking about her father and she drops a glass. Kirk calls out to see if she is alright, and when she doesn't answer him, he goes in there.She's crying and says she feels like she is falling apart. He says he'll turn his back,but he'll be nearby for her. Cruz comes in and misunderstands the situation and hits Kirk as Eden yells no. Eden and Cruz argue about Kirk. Later, they both apologize to each other for what was said. He takes her to see her surprise. He has her blindfolded as they enter the surprise. He takes it off and asks how she likes it. She tells him she loves it. He tells her he bought it for her, she always said she wanted to live on the beach. They christen the beachhouse by making love in front of the fire. They later get dressed to head to the party at the O/E. Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr. perform "I Believe" as Cruz and Eden dance. Eden is drunk( not aware Gina has drugged her drink again). Kirk finds her near the elevator. She thinks it's Cruz until she turns around and sees Kirk.She tells him she wants to go see her father. He won't let her drive and tells her to wait there while he gets her coat. She thinks about what happened with her and Cruz when he turned down the job promotion. She then gets in the elevator,as Kirk chases her. After Cruz walks out, he comes back to bring Eden home. Julia tells him she is not there. Eden is at the house with Kirk. She tells him to leave, she wants to see her father.Gina is dressed to look like Eden, complete with blonde wig. She's waiting for Eden to go to CC's room and pull the plug. Cruz calls around looking for Eden, he says where the hell did you take her Kirk. Eden is standing in CC's room. She hears the voices again and says poor daddy. She goes to pull the plug, but passes out. Gina then takes Eden's hand and places it on the plug and pulls it out. Kirk hears the alarms on the machines and finds Eden there. He thinks she killed her father. He picks her up and climbs out the window with her. Gina then comes out of the closet and goes to climb out the window as Mary comes in and spots who she thinks is Eden. Kirk puts Eden in his car and takes her to his place.She wakes up on the couch not sure how she got there. He tells her he brought her there.She remembers being drunk,and asks where Cruz is. He tells her they had an argument and she called off the engagement. She says Cruz is going to be angry with her. She tells him about this dream, but it seemed so real. She asks if she killed her father. He tries to calm her down. He says she needs time to rest before she talks to anyone.He tells her does she want to go to prison for a crime that wasn't a crime, she will if she doesn't listen to and do what he says. While Cruz is investigating, he finds a piece of "Eden's" dress. He picks it up and puts it in his wallet to protect Eden. Eden is sitting at Kirk's thinking of her and Cruz. She tells him she doesn't want to lie to Cruz or her family. He tells her she has to. Cruz talks with Mary and she reluctantly tells him she saw a woman in a pink dress with blonde hair,and she thought it may be Eden. Cruz finds Eden at the beachhouse. He asks her where she was when CC's machine was shut down, was it you he asks. He tells her that her father made it. She tells him she is glad even if he doesn't believe it. She lies and tells him she was with Kirk, and she didn't go to her family's house, now is it over. He says yea, it's over and she leaves. They are later in CC's room, Cruz is trying to recreate what occurred. He asks her if that was how it happened.she yells she doesn't have to take this from anyone and walks out. Eden and Kirk work on their cover story. Eden goes to the houseboat to get her things.she tells him as long as she lives, there will never be anybody to her like he was and they kiss and hug goodbye. He doesn't want her to leave, but she says she has to and she returns the ring to him. Cruz watches Eden talking to CC and he knows she didn't plug his plug. Kirk goes to see her and tells her he loves her and kisses her and leaves. Kirk calls Eden to warn her Cruz is on his way to ask about the footprint outside CC's window and they need to get their story straight. When Cruz gets there she sticks to their story. Later Cruz tries again to tell Eden they belong together. He kisses her and tells her he wants to marry her and tells her to take the ring back. She tells him she needs time to think. Cruz goes to Kirk's to look for Eden and Kirk tells him he and Eden are getting married, Cruz says the hell you are. Eden is at the Beachhouse.she leaves the ring in a glass when Cruz walks in.she confirms what Kirk told him. Eden and Kirk are at a justice of the peaces office, when Cruz breaks in and tries to stop Eden. He insists the only way he'll believe it is with his on two eyes. After they are married Cruz tells the guards to get him out of there. Eden is at the police station answering some of Cruz's questions about CC.Cruz is at Kirks' apartment trying to place a bug when Eden walks in. He tries to convince her Kirk is bad news, but they end up arguing and he leaves. Eden and Kirk move in CC's house as Cruz continues to reach out to Eden..After Mason tries to railroad her,Eden runs out before she learns CC is awake from his coma.Cruz finds her at the beachhouse asleep.He tells her about her father,and she wants to see him. Eden and Cruz are tricked by Pearl to go up to the cabin. They share a tender moment, until the cabin blows up, thanks to Kirk cutting the gas line.Eden is trapped and Cruz gets her out and they go to the hospital. Kirk is there and yells at Eden. She insists she has been faithful to him. Eden is on her way to Hawaii on business and Cruz sees her at the airport. He wants toremind her of what is waiting for her when she returns, and kisses her. CC tells Cruz Eden is pregnant with Kirk's baby.Cruz goes to Hawaii and tells Eden he was wrong that they have no chance of a future together and he goes back home. Eden comes home from Hawaiit and heads to the beachhouse with the letters for him to read.He gets there and reads them,and tells her they can't do this. He's forced to tells her she is pregnant. She tries to convince him to tell everyone the baby is his, but he won't do that. Eden is at the boathouse with Gina as she holds a gun on her.they struggle for the gun and Gina whispers he's making her do this before she falls in the water and Eden falls on the floor.She gets up and makes it to her car,but has an accident on the way to the hospital Cruz is with Santana when he learns of Eden's accident. He goes to the hospital and Kirk tells him Eden had a miscarriage. Cruz goes in to see Eden.Eden suspects Kirk is trying to kill her.Cruz comes back to check on her and he's forced to tell her he and Santana were married.Eden has a dream of Kirk trying to kill her.Eden is with Kirk at the hospital as he is having a heart transplant operation.
