The Polk County Search and Rescue Team is based in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains of West Central Arkansas, one of the most visited places in the State, and operates under the authority of Polk County Office of Emergency Management. The PCSAR team consists of several highly trained volunteer rescue specialist from all over Polk County and is directed by OEM Coordinator James Reeves. .
