| Story Plot Ideas ~Your character escaped from jail and is being pursued by the police ~Your character lied to the newsies about his/her past and doesn't want them to figure out his/her identity ~Your character escaped from an abusive family ~Your character is being pursued by a murderer and is hiding with the newsies ~Your (preferably male) character is Sarah's old boyfriend and he gets angry about her romance with Jack. (This could lead to Sarah hiding out with the newsies, fight scenes, etc.) ~Your character is somehow related to one of the newsies and comes to visit them in New York (good way to make up things about one of the newsies' past) ~Your character is a singer/dancer/actor the newsies watch ~Your character joins up with the newsies and then he/she or one of the newsies gets deathly ill ~Your character doesn't get along with Spot or the Brooklyn newsies ~Your character is being used by a bad guy to get close to and then kill one of the newsies, but then makes friends with the newsies ~Your character is rescued from a dangerous situation by a newsie ~Your character is rich and snobby and somehow meets up with the newsies ~Your character witnessed a murder and is afraid to tell the police or newsies ~Your character steals from the newsies before befriending them ~Your character is related to the Delancey brothers, who get mad at him/her for being friends with the newsies ~Your character was a scabber during the strike *These are just a few ideas.
