ENTREE Minestrone Soup. A thick seasonal vegetable soup, with a variety of beans and postinni rice. MAIN COURSE All main course selections will be served with seasonal vegetables or garden fresh salads. Turkey Calvados Sliced oven roasted turkey breast fillet, coated in an apple brandy dressing, served with steamed seasonal greens or Jon Dori a la Meuniere Local S.A.Jon Dori fillet, oven baked with fresh herbs and lemon butter, and accompanied with a beurre blanc sauce. DESSERT Christmas Pudding A rich steamed Christmas pudding served with fresh cream, a berry coulis and Ice Cream. or Fruit Salad Served with fresh cream and Ice cream Coffee or selection of Tea Freshly brewed to be served with Petit Fours.
