Cancellations:
If a block of rooms is held for any articular team, individuals must register for those rooms prior to 30 days before the event. Rooms held in a block but not accounted for within 30 days of the event will be subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee. For more information on hotel policies, lease contact the registration desk.

Meals:
There will be a breakfast buffet available every mornign for all hotel guests at
$10.00 /person (for hot breakfast)
The hotel is in downtown Regina and there are several fine and casual dining establishments within easy walking distance.
Transportation
We are proud of our city and will gladly transport all of our visitors (including VIP’s, coaches, athletes, and officials) to and from the airport, if possible.
If you are arriving in Regina after 4:00pm on Thursday, February 7 and departing before 8:00 am on Monday, February 11, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Any itineraries received after 8am on Monday, February 4 may not be arranged for, so please get them in early. Anyone who does not send in an itinerary will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.

Directions from Airport:
The Airport road turns into Regina Ave. as you cross the first set of lights. Take Regina Ave. to Albert St. (end of Regina Ave.) and turn left. Turn right on Victoria Ave. The Ramada will be up about 6 blocks on the left. Turn left on Rose St. (a one-way) and go around the block to end up in front of the hotel.
Directions to the Venue (from hotel):
The hotel is at the intersection of Broad St. (N/S) and Victoria Ave. (E/W). Head south on Broad St. Broad St. will turn into Wascana Parkway and the University will be on your left side, approximately 5 km from the hotel.
At the University:
Turn left onto campus at the Kramer Blvd. lights onto University Dr. South. The Phys. Ed. Building is the third building on the left hand side. Underground pay parking is available and parking passes for above ground parking can be purchased at the Spectator Admissions table.
