| *It's Day 17 in the game. Our 4 teams of 2 people approach Joseph staning outside their hotel. He has 4 SUV's waiting for them. Beside Joseph is Sebastian.* |

| Sebastian: The way this race is set up... it will take you all over the world via the world wide web! Unlike yesterday's race, this one is fully set up and you won't have to worry about Joseph sending you the next stage. This race can be done completely without the help of us once we start you off. Joseph: You may encounter a few problems with the URL's to different group sites along the way. If this is the case, all you have to do is go to the Yahoo! Groups Home and search for the group by putting the name of the group in. You may also help each other again, but remember, you must join each groupsite along the way, and you must post the right messages and the right pictures in the groups along the way. So you must go through the entire race no matter what! I wish you all good luck and I hope you have fun!! Remember, only 3 teams advance after this! Then, the remaining 6 will move on to the next mode. Good Luck! Sebastian: Here's your first clue.... Good Luck! Sebastian: That's all you need. All other clues will be provided along the way. Joseph will be checking periodically to see how everyone is doing. Even if you finish the race, you will not get credit if you haven't completed each step along the way correctly. Joseph and I will be checking and whenever someone finishes, the next time we are online, we will check and let you know if you are done. Joseph: But we may not be on much all day and we may be. Joseph: GO! *The teams hop into their SUV's and tear open their clues on the way to starting the race....* Step 1: Go to http://www.shockwave.com/sw/content/collapse and play all ten levels of the game Colapse. When done, take a screenshot using the print screen button on your keyboard or use a screen capture program. | Joseph: Well, well, well... Good morning and welcome to your second race. This one is much harder than yesterday's. But you should expect that since you already finished yesterday's. Yesterday's team that was eliminated had some final words to say. Mag was very angry at her partner. Jacinto was busy in real life and just couldn't make it. Bad luck for both of them. But Mag did wish you all luck and said that "This was the best game she had ever played." Wouldn't it be nice if you could say that you won the best game you ever played? Sebastian: Too bad none of you will be able to finish my race... HAHAHA! Joseph: Don't let him scare you. Now... a few things that need to be said. The first is that you should remember that the mole is still in the game. The second is that yesterday's race involved a lot of teamwork. This challenge CAN be done by just one person. One member from each team must do every step and must join every groupsite, etc. Both can join and share the load, but one must do it.The entire race can be done by one person. However, the time that it takes one person to do it could mean they finish last. Teamwork would DEFINITELY help out in this challenge. Now to Sebastian... |
| *It's Night 17 in the World Wide Web. Joseph is standing on a huge sound stage. Sitting before him are the 4 teams. Joseph is standing next to a big screen TV.* Joseph: Well, I've just examined all the tapes of the race. Here is the order in which you checked into the final pit stop. *The video rolls... Adam and Darren take the lead with Adam's speedy work. Melinda and Jaybee check in second. They are quickly followed by Royann and Andrew. A few minutes later, Diego and Mary Jo come trotting in.* Joseph: If everyone did the race completely, Diego and Mary Jo will be the team eliminated tonight. The first controversial moment in the race was Royann's pic of the hotel. Rules specified that no one could have the same pic. After careful, careful examination, I have concluded that Royann's original pic WAS not the same as Melinda's. Royann's showed more of the bottom of the hotel. So, that cleared. But something else didn't... Watch the tape! *Another tape rolls and it shows Adam racing to cook up his gourmet meal. In his hurry, he forgot to post the Chinese Roast Pork. He races on without doing so.* Joseph: So.. it seems that Adam and Darren did not complete the race correctly. Unless there are any other mistakes made by any other teams, you will be eliminated. So.... were there any other mistakes? Well, yes there were! There were actually TWO other mistakes. Let's look at the tape. *Another tape rolls and we see Adam and Melinda returning their necklaces to the wrong museum. They posted the screenshot of the final maze in the wrong group. The tape reveals Royann making the same mistake initially, but changing it. Diego went to the right one in the first place, but Royann still beat him!!!!* Joseph: Well, this raises an interesting dilemma! It seems that Royann and Andrew were the first team to finish this second AMAZING RACE! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU BOTH MOVE ON! *Andrew and Royann get up and celebrate. They go and sit beside Joseph.* Joseph: And despite actually finishing last, Diego and Mary Jo were the second and only other team to finish the race correctly! So, you two finish second and join Royann and Andrew!! Congratulations! *Mary Jo jumps up and Diego joins her! They go sit beside Andrew and Royann, who congratulate them.* Joseph: Now... what do we do with you two teams? Technically, Adam and Darren screwed up twice, while Melinda and Jaybee screwed up once! Adam finished before Melinda! So, what can I do? I can't reward the race to either one of you because neither of you actually finished it correctly. I could say whoever fixes their mistake first wins, but that would be foolish and not much of a challenge. I could put you two in a one-on-one race tomorrow..... but I won't resort to that.... YET!!! Here's what I am going to do! I'm going to turn it over to our 4 people already at the next stage in the game. So... Andrew, Royann, Diego, and Mary Jo! I need each of you to send me your vote. You are voting for which team you would like to STAY!! I need each of you to get me your vote AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! You need to tell me if you would like Melinda and Jaybee to advance or Darren and Adam to advance! *The contestants are shocked.* Joseph: Mary Jo, Andrew, Diego, and Royann.... please get me your votes for which of these teams you would like to stay! If you want Darren and Adam to continue, send me an e-mail with their names. If you want Melinda and Jaybee to advance, send me an e-mail with their names. That's all! It's 4 individual votes, not team votes. You don't have to vote for the same team as your teammate. Keep in mind that the mole is still in this game. It could be one of you 4 voting or one of you 4 who screwed up in this race! Ironically, the 4 sitting in the next round already are the 4 who actually came in last in this race! I need those votes! | *It's Day 18 in the craziest game online. The final 8 have met again on the soundstage. Royann, Andrew, Diego, and Mary Jo have voted. They sit next to Joseph on the soundstage where we left them last night. On the other side of Joseph sits our three jurors... Mag, Jacinto, and Collette! There are two emty seats beside them. Sitting in front of all these people are Adam, Darren, Melinda, and Jaybee. Joseph stands...* Joseph: Well, we've had a wild ride around the Internet Frontier. The number of players is dwindling and we're finding out who the most cutthroat players really are. But we're about to add two members to our jury. There's no reason to wait any longer. Remember, the team with the most votes gets to advance to the final 6. Without any further avail... let's find out who survives!! *Joseph opens an envelope.....* Joseph: By vote of 3-1..... the next two to advnce with Royann, Andrew, Mary Jo, and Diego are............ . Adam and Darren! I'm sorry Melinda and Jaybee, but you have been eliminated and you may now join the jury! *Adam and Darren jump up and give each other a high-five. They go and sit down with the other remaining contestants. Melinda and Jaybee get up and join the jury.* Joseph: Before we move on.... Melinda and Jaybee... you should not be ashamed in any way of the way you played. Melinda, you and Mag were the jet point queens. You are both now gone. You played your best the entire duration of the game. But fate has had it's way. Please send your final words in. As for Jaybee, he never missed a vote of missed a race or anything. Despite his somewhat boycotting of gaining jet points, he was a playerto be reckoned with and the game is proud to have him on the jury as well. Now, as you all see, the power shift is in progress. There are 6 contestants, but also 5 jurors. As for you 6 you will go right down here and board a helicoptor, where we will fly you back to the Web Domain. Upon arrival, you will learn your next challenge! Congratulations to all 6 of you on making it this far. You should all be proud. You survived Survivor, Big Brother, and The Amazing Race! But, only one of you will win! *The final 6 board the helicoptor. Joseph boards another one, and our jurors board the third. All 3 helicoptors take off as the Amazing Race part of the game comes to its conclusion....* |

| It's been a great game. I really enjoyed surviving big brother's the amazing mole race. Congratulations for all of you who made it past me. I feel that I did pretty good for not aligning with anyone until the mole became my partner in the amazing race and also not having any Jet Points. I got lucky even though my tribe never won a single immunity challenge. The game was fun and challenging which made the game very interesting. It was the best online reality game I've played in. Actually the name intrigued me! When I was looking for another game to apply to I couldn't decide what kind to go for, this eliminates that decision! I want to be the mole because it would add an extra element to the game for me. I can be very convincing with my suspicions of others, deceptive without seeming deceptive. And I dig well, it's a gift. In 5 sentences or less, what would be your strategy in this game? I never have a set strategy. I like to go in and assess the strengths and weaknesses of everyone else and see who would be the most advantageous to align myself with. After that it's just take the road that will get me the furthest. Explain the significance of this sentence to life: "Monkeys eat frogs, but I like to pluck crazy chickens in the jungle in July!" Is there some kind of right answer to this? Okay, not sure what you are looking for here, so I'll make up some BS answer. :) "The "monkey's eat frogs" statement is a comment on the theory of evolution combining with the theory of survival of the fittest. The second part of the statement is a comment on the need for personal fulfillment in a world where the forces of nature are constantly pulling at you. I made the mistake of being a challenge threat AND someone who would kick butt in the final two, the others saw that as bad going into the final four, go figure.
