Dragon Toss Dragon toss is a fun game where children toss beanbags into the open mouth of a Dragon.
Materials: Cardboard or Plywood Paints 5 small beanbags (good project for older kids) Duct Tape Draw a large open-mouthed Dragon on the cardboard or plywood. Make sure the mouth is at least 8" tall and 8" inches wide. Cut the mouth out carefully. (Sand edges if using wood to prevent splinters) Paint the Dragon as desired or make it a group project for the older kids. Lean the Dragon against a table or chair at an angle. Place a strip of duct tape on the floor at different distances. Have the kids try to toss the beanbags into the Dragons mouth. Have prizes for different levels and difficulties.
Variations: Bone Toss--use dog bones instead of beanbags. Ring Toss-Make pegs on the Dragon to toss rings onto instead of an open mouth---or both! |
